Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomI had a fabulous view of the beautiful garden, rock tombs and the river from my balcony. Lindos is an awesomely beautiful location with easy swimming in the salty river, warmth from the super friendly staff and a definite feeling of being part of a family. Many of the guests instantly became friends. I loved the many cats who live there. I never felt I was alone.

United KingdomMostly the location, the beautiful garden, the cats and the friendliness and help fullness of the staff especially the host Levent. With a few exceptions my fellow guests were lovely friendly people and there was very little evidence of the usual selfish territory-hogging holiday makers one has come to expect in tourist destinations. Wonderful place in so many ways.

Everything! The environment was so tranquil and peaceful. The owner was kind, friendly, helpful and caring. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was super, extremely clean and comfortable with fridge, kettle and a superb shower. Lovely balcony overlooking a stunning garden. Great self serve breakfast. Fabulous relaxing area by the river. Even a bar for a beer! Easy walk into the centre of Dalyan.

United KingdomAs with all the places we stayed, noise transfer between apartments was a bit of an issue. But no worse than other Turkish accommodation, and I am a very light sleeper!
Location was good, outside of the busy town centre but a short and easy walk in. Nice river view from the balcony. Apartment was clean and spacious. Comfy bed. Breakfast over looking the river and tombs was a real highlight. The host was very friendly, helpful, and informative. Loved our evening drink on the deck watching the river life.

United KingdomWhat an amazing place. Location, facilities, and a great atmosphere. Levant's mother even made yogurt for my wife and according to her, it was damn good! They also have some local made beer/ale in the bar and they are very special. The room was modern and clean. The hotel is a short walk to the town centre but far away enough so you not in the middle of the sports and karaoke bars and open air clubs! We had a great stay and will certainly be back :)

United StatesBring earplugs - walls are thin and you can hear everything from your neighbor's room, but I'm told this is typical of Turkish hotels. Their website shows a restaurant but they no longer have one, just a bar. There's an excellent and affordable restaurant a few doors away.
Lindos Pension is the perfect home base for exploring Dalyan - small, friendly, close to the town center yet very quiet location. Breakfast every morning on the deck overlooking the water with views of the ancient rock tombs, was heavenly. Nice breakfast spread with eggs cooked to order, tea, coffee, juice, breads, cheeses, spreads, olives, tomatoes, cucumber, apples. We enjoyed swimming right from the hotel dock, and many boat tour operators will pick you up at the dock. Host Levent is gracious, warm & friendly, and speaks perfect English. Every night at the bar he kept the multi-national guests laughing with his stories. They have a LOT of cats, which we found endlessly entertaining, but no worries if you don't like cats - they are not allowed to jump on tables, go in the rooms or beg for food. The grounds are lovely and full of flowers & fruit trees, the room was immaculate. Highly recommended.

United KingdomNo complaints
The host, Levant, and his staff are very attentive and warm hosts. Turkish hospitality at it's best. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The property is stunning and is the perfect place for anyone to spend a leisurely holiday in Dalayan. Added bonus is the beautiful garden sitout and Levant's impeccable taste in music, which makes every evening chatting with him and friends by the riverside appreciate the finer and smaller things in life. Pictures don't do justice to this place. The turtle beach is just a 20 Minute boat ride away, and you get picked up and dropped from Lindos, making it seamless. I can not wait to go back and spend a few weeks at this riverside oasis.

United KingdomSpotlessly clean rooms. Friendly staff. Great location
The staff were very welcoming and friendly with advise about what to do in the location and how to get around. The breakfast was a buffet with a good selection of fresh items and eggs cooked how we liked by our host. The location of the pension was on the edge of town and was quiet and peaceful, I think it can get quite noisy in the middle of town in the high season. We hired bikes from Tusco bike hire which is about 200m towards town, it’s a great way to get around and explore. We recommend you cycle to the cafes on the other side of the river opposite the hustle and bustle. And the ruins of Kaunos.

United KingdomEverything was great
A lovely hotel on the riverfront, loved having my breakfast every morning looking out over the river. Levent the owner gave me a great welcome, and had my room ready , even though I arrived at 10am. But first it was a cup of çay on the decking overlooking the river and the rock tombs . The lady that used to serve me the omelette every morning was very friendly too . The hotel has 12 rooms , I would say it was more like a boutique hotel , with beautiful gardens , with fruit growing . The breakfasts were lovely , and especially enjoyed their own olives . Would highly recommend a stay at Lindos Pension , the location was perfect, in a nice quiet location, and only a 8/10 minutes walk into the centre .

PolandLeaving, for sure. It was a true pain
Always the perfect place. Incredible location and views, a host that really takes care of his guests, kind staff, simple but spotless clean rooms in the middle of a citrus garden, amazing terrace over the beautiful river shadowed by old trees and tastely decorated, and just opposite the Lycian tombs. You can use the river as your private swimming pool and the public boat can stop at the pier of the pension to take you to the beach. I really don't know what more I could ask for

United KingdomNothing!
The location right opposite the tombs is fantastic - boats going by all the time and always something to watch. Conveniently, the boats pick you up and drop you at the Pension landing stage for any trips. About 10 mins walk from centre of Dalyan with many good restaurants along the way. Plenty of comfortable outside seating at the Pension with a choice of sun or shade. Lovely room - upstairs with balcony. Levent and all his team are lovely, helpful and friendly. Good breakfast and we appreciated the “order in” service for dinner in the evening if we didn’t want to go out.

RussiaThere's nothing negative to point out.
Room: clean modern interior, even with a pretension on high tech design in some details. Very cozy and comfortable. Location: ideal as close to the center and at the same time far from crowds and noise. The apartments rounded with garden. Service: the owner of the hotel and his family are pleasant polite and engaged, always ready to help, show the local sights, arrange trips and assist with any other requests.

United KingdomMy room was right next to the kitchen, so the morning breakfast noises carried into my room. However, it was only from 8am onwards and so gave me an excuse to get up early to explore. The WiFi can be a little patchy.
The location of this b&b is second to none. You are right on the river, directly in front of the Kaunos tombs. The breakfast/bar area beside the river is amazing. Really wonderful way to start your morning looking over the river, listening to boat engines as boats chug by. The air con in the room is really efficient. The beds have firm mattresses, which I thought would be bad for my back as have a preexisting condition, but actually were really good and I even overslept on my last day. The pillows are so comfortable. The staff were all lovely. There are oranges and pomegranates growing on the plot, which was lovely to see too. And obviously the cats were an added bonus. Great location for exploring local areas, I visited Marmaris for the Grand Bazaar and Iztuzu beach, but there are lots of boat trips and other excursions around to make the most of your stay.
