During our stay, we had two apartments, and the sofa in one of them was not in a satisfactory state of cleanliness. We did not request a change of sofa, but instead used a bedspread to cover it.

The environment is serene and secure. The bed provided ample comfort. The general cleanliness of the establishment was satisfactory. Communication with the host was effortless. The apartments have an aesthetically pleasing appearance and are furnished with all the necessary amenities. I recommend this place.

Got a lot for value. Friendly receptionist. Clean apartment. Descent location with free parking (good location because I drove whilst in turkey). The location of the hotel has a lot of Caffè and restaurants near by that are walking distance.

Check in was confusing, I waited 10 minutes at reception before having to walk round each floor to find a member of staff, eventually finding someone on the top floor! Generally speaking was fairly clean, however after a while in the apartment, we noticed more attention is needed with cleanliness. We had to buy cleaning products to clean surfaces, window sills, and touch points. Wallpaper peeling off, random pipes stuck out the wall, rusty fixtures in bathroom. It was advertised as 1 bedroom with a sofa bed, however this isn't a sofa bed, it's just a sofa, which made my nights sleep quite bad. The shower head was broken before arrival which he quickly replaced, however even after this, the shower did not fully work properly. The pool was nearly empty other than a few inches of dirty green water.

Perfectly sized apartment, great location. Included dishwasher and washing machine which was a great bonus. The owner/manager was very friendly, welcoming and always happy to help when needed.

The apartment was not cleaned during our 7 night stay, its a good mile from the beach, small shop two streets away, No pub, bar, restaurant nearby, its very concrete jungle all around so no view really apart from other buildings ,which are a mixture of holiday homes/apartments or local residents which some blocks are not a pretty site.

Nice modern apartments, great wifi, lovely and clean swimming pool thats actually bigger than the pics. Plenty of towels etc, great air con, helpful host, Quiet neighbourhood.

Our wishes were considered even before we arrived. The room is generally decent, maybe a little tidying up would be necessary. The house is quiet, the walls are quite soundproof. The pool is clean and tidy. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Please feed the cats and have a nice vacation!

Mosque is quite close and loud so you will wake up at 6am. Almost no soundproofing. It's quite clean in the room but could be better. Sofa needs to be cleaned or to be changed. Quite small refrigerator. Internet is slow (max 10mbit/s) but stable. Hot water tank is not big enough to have a shower 2 people in a row.

Good location and staff, nice interior. A lot of restaurants and shops around, working distance to the sea, taxi button at the entrance to the hotel. The administrator will help you 24/7 via whatsapp.

- swimline was not filled in May, but this not an issue for us - 25 minutes to the sea coast. not a pure issue. you can get a taxi for 30 liras and be driven to the see in 5 minutes

- Halil is great host, every issue we’d faced he solved in a few minutes. - The apartment was clean - enough furniture, - good wi-fi, - a lot of cheap stores near the hotel - 3 playgrounds around the hotel (bim, migros, a101, sok) - very quiet place - good fish restaurant in 4 minutes

It would have been nice to have some tablets for the dishwasher (as it's not convenient to buy a big pack for one week stay).

Our family liked the place. It is clean, pet-friendly and well-located. We had enough room (living room with a kitchen and 2 separate bedrooms) for us and everything needed.

Unfortulally, construction next to the hotel

The hotel administrator was wery friendly and hospitable. He did his best to help us. So, he ordered food delivery from shop for us when we arrived hungry late at the nights. My kids got sweet presets from him many times. The location is wery nice, the neigbourhood is cosy and quiet, not far from all entertaiments.

Quite far from the sea. No cleaning during all our stay (6 nights). There were no things for the kitchen (sponges, towels, pan, oil, species etc.). No early check in. No shower curtain.

Excellent staff, very attentive and always ready for help (order taxi etc.) clean room with good internet. We worked remotely from here and everything was good.
