Shower water was a little bit cold at the first day but the staff repaired very quickly.

The light blankets, (more like throws) The pillows were hard but they changed it when I requested for softer ones.

Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. They would always smile. The suite was very spacious with a big bathroom. It was new and modern. The location was just perfect, although it was central but the room was quiet. Breakfast was very good.

Chic boutique hotel with welcoming vibes and hospitable, professional service. Location is perfection. Rooms are stylish, comfortable and impeccably clean. Attention to details is noteworthy. There is not much to mention here. I got accidentally injured, and it turned out there was no first aid kit in the hotel. I believe it would be helpful to have one. It would also be nice if there were more toiletries provided. Although there was a nice shampoo, conditioner and a shower gel, there was no toothpaste and other small things that you do not really want to take to a holiday. Nevertheless, these are only tiny things that did not affect the overall impression of the stay.

Amazing breakfast and exceptional service. All the hotel stuff were super friendly and always ready to assist. It is obvious that the owner cares a lot about the quality of the service provided, as all the employees are well-instructed. The rooms and the hotel itself are very stylish - it is very pleasant to be inside. It is an exceptional place and I have not seen a hotel in this area which would be even close to Luff Suites in terms of the quality of service, visual aspect and value for money. There is also a small café in the hall, where you can take away a cup of iced coffee in the morning. The location is super central and convenient - there are numerous cafés and restaurants just 2-5 minutes away, and the beaches are also very close.

Nothing about the hotel or management. But just it wasnt nice to see manager/owner etc. was kinda bullying the chef woman like "after 2 years you still couldn't learn how to deal with fries" in turkish. I guess that shouldn't be nice to talk to your staff between your customers. In fact fries was so delicious.

Interior design is immaculate and staff is such smiley, helpful and decent people. Also every breakfast is super delicious. Thanks a lot to your chefs.

location was top, in the middle of the old town and marina, close to everything you'd like to visit. amazing and new amenities and rooms, we got an upgrade and a treat in our room because it was a pre-wedding couples trip. perfect Suites and aesthetically pleasing and a great breakfast. Hard to say :) Sometimes there was a smell in the bathroom, but in general everything was fine. The worst thing was that we booked only 3 nights! wish we stayed more. Highly recommend this place!

I very rarely give out perfect scores *anywhere*, but it was a truly spectacular experience. Everything, starting from additional room promotion (apart from the one granted by Genius status here) to how attentive the staff was to our requests (free bottled water at 1 am!), to clean and new furnishings, to the variety of kahvalti, to — and my fellow females will understand this — surprisingly good-quality hair products in the bathroom… everything was top-notch. Thanks, Luff team!

The location was more than excellent, and everything was within walking distance: restaurants, grocery shops, the sea, etc. The room (2112) is superb, with much space and a great balcony. This specific room doesn't have a building facing it, so you have a view of a long walking path.

room was little worn out, need little fixing, doors from inside had marks, bathoorm had broken hanger for shower towels. No warm water during evenings, no light in the bedroom, this we didnt solve, as we noticed it at the evening and didnt need it so badly. I believe these issues are connected with winter time, which is not the main season and will be fixed in summer. For the price we got it was still good deal, although it could be better.. UPDATE: After contacting by manager, Im editing my review - Hot water was just temporary, as it was emergency situation after rain, waiting for fix, also I was said rooms are under reconstractions during winter and lamp werent malfunctioned, just there was some other way to switch them on which I didnt find out, but after contacting reception, it could be probably easily solved.

The water is the bathroom was not hot enough. There is no parking places outside of the hotel even in low season. The parking in 150 meters from the hotel is pricey
