Everything was spectacular

Location of the hotel is outstanding. It overlooks the blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea and is absolutely gorgeous. The property itself is beautifully designed on a cliff and the 2 BR apartment that we stayed in was very charming. It had the view of the blue waters on 2 sides with spacious balconies in all rooms. Staff was very friendly and they took care of us very well. Abdullah, Umair and Gumza went out of the way to make our stay very special

I would have liked the WiFi to be better - Needs some more boosters around the estate.

The location is amazing, great facilities, services and the room was amazing - loved the whole holiday. Really easy to get in Kas and the staff could not do enough to help. Food bought to your sun lounger!!

Not much English spoken, but wasn't an issue really.

Great location away from the busy town. Private sea access (off the rocks), gorgeous pool, plenty of space at pool and by the sea. Staff were good, as was breakfast and lunch. Lovely property.

Fabulous location with direct access to the sea. Very relaxed atmosphere but with very attentive staff. Wonderful breakfasts. Great restaurants nearby. Easy inexpensive taxi ride into Kas.

On our first night there was blaring club music being played at their new Lukka Coffee venue. The furniture in our room was literally vibrating with the base. We understand it only happens occasionally but it is not appropriate at a quiet hotel like this. We ended up cancelling v our restaurant booking and going to another hotel. It would make us think k twice about returning to the hotel, which is sad.

We have stayed at Lukka on several occasions previously. The rooms, food, staff, pool are superb.

Most of the staff lack basic English skills, which makes communication quite challenging. The only individuals who were truly adept at communication were the two very helpful receptionists. The restaurant staff relied on Google Translate for communication, which became the primary reason for us choosing to dine for dinners elsewhere.

Expansive and pristine pool, offering ample space for relaxation and enjoyment. Abundant seaside amenities with plenty of comfortable sunbeds, ensuring a relaxing beach experience. Attentive and friendly pool and seaside staff, enhancing the overall guest experience. The stunning view from the hotel includes breathtaking scenes of both the pool and the sea. Guests can witness truly remarkable sunsets from the hotel premises, creating unforgettable moments.

Areas of improvement: The WIFI were pretty bad. The staff were very friendly but seemingly lacked leadership and designated roles resulting in significant service gaps in especially the restaurant Everday you had to request cleaning yourself

The location is great if you want peace and quiet - however if you do want to go to restaurants etc it’s a 10 minute taxi trip to town, the taxi drivers are crazy and it cost us 150 lira per trip which is ridiculous. It is not walkable. The bedrooms need blackout curtains.

Everything was incredible. The facilities, the pool, the loungers by the sea, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine. The views are incredible. The swimming pool was the perfect temperature, in June it was busy at all and lots of loungers available. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff at the front desk were beyond helpful and pleasant.

Service wasn’t what we expected at this price level. Pool bar and beach bar often had nobody there for 10-15 mins. Breakfast was good but 2 mornings there was no milk, we had to ask for more, coffee ran out and had to Ask to make more which required a full brew, cheese and some other items were empty on the buffet breakfast, had to ask for more. Expect this to be monitored at all times by staff, should not require us to inform them. All staff were friendly and helpful though, just think they aren’t assigned specific task and responsibilities therefore many gaps in service appear like this.

Very opulent fitted hotel with amazing views, private beach with great soft deck chairs/ cabana beds . Lots of spaces for everyone’s privacy . Beautiful pool. Excellent breakfast on the terrace .

The location of the hotel is amazing. You have a great view over the sea as you can see here in the photos. I think it looks even better in reality. The staff was extremely kind and attentive. We were greeted with a room upgrade which was great because we booked a room with garden view and finally got a room with sea view. The food was fresh and delicious. We liked the hotel so much that we didn’t even leave the premises in our 3 day long stay. I can only recommend the hotel and plan on coming back soon :) Thank you!

the little beach bar in the rocks was unfortunately not open which meant difficult to order drinks and food although we were eventually sent someone to help us. I think quieter than usual because of elections therefore not many staff.

this was our fourth stay at Lukka - we love this hotel. Views are spectacular. Mehmet in reception is always helpful.

Breakfast stars only at 8 and on the second night was not as good as the first day, parking was a bit hard but the staff helps you with that. Blackout curtains didnt block completely the sunlight, so I ended up waking up early. At night the pool light was also too bright. Bathroom extractor was a bit loud and shower took long to heat up the water. But those are just details in my opinion.

Staff was very friendly. Room with pool view was very pretty, facilites are sea view are just breathtaking. Swimming in the translucid waters were amazing. Hotel music is very relaxing. During spring was not too crowded. It was an amazing experience overall and I wished I had booked more nights there.
