Staff were so friendly and helpful with giving us information about the area and showing us the property. The breakfast was amazing, a really wide range of options to pick from. The space itself was so beautiful. The terrace had an amazing view of the town and the hot air balloons. There was also an enclosed area for when it cooled off. Our rooms were super comfortable and stocked with many amenities.

This property is beautiful, perfectly located and has amazing views of the town and balloons when they are flying. The terrace is so peaceful and beautifully decorated. The staff here are some of the best I’ve ever met when staying away. Nothing is to much trouble. They were happy to help with anything. They helped with trip advice and bookings, restaurants to visit, walks to take, airport transfers and taxi bookings. They even rebooked our hotel air balloon ride before we got there when they saw that the weather would mean it was going to be cancelled. They go above and beyond and really made the whole trip relaxing, stress free and magical. Book here without any hesitation.

Luvi was one of the best holiday experiences I've had. The location is fantastic, with an amazing view of the balloons at sunrise, which are also flying surprisingly close to the hotel, The rooms are super comfortable, pretty and very clean. But what really makes this place EXCEPTIONAL is the incredible STAFF. Everyone was so welcoming, friendly and helpful you really feel like a friend rather than just a guest. It was my 30th birthday when I was staying there and the Staff made it so special by surprising me with a cake and candles at breakfast. Special thanks to Görkan who went absolutely out of his way to make our stay magical- from ensuring we get to fly on the balloon, to all the pro tips, to booking us at the last minute to the best restaurants and to just bring such a lovely, friendly and fun person to be around. Max, the dog, is also the best executive manager you can imagine and brings an extra cuteness to the hotel. We miss Luvi already!

We had an amazing stay here! Everyone is super helpful and kind, specially Deniz, she is the best! They helped us with our gender reveal, our room was super comfy, clean and beautiful, we loved Max!

With it being a room built into a cave the storage opertunities are limited. It would be helpful maybe to add some hooks, or some additional hangers in the wardrobe as these wouldn't take up additional space in the room.

Deniz and the other staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. It felt very personable. And their dog was also very lovely. The rooms were very clean and built into the caves. The breakfast buffet was nice with a good selection of mostly turkish dishes, as well as lovely omlettes made on request. The hotel roof terrance has some lovely seating both inside and outside and is an excellent spot to view the balloons from. The location was excellent, just a short walk into the town centre and not very far drive to the balloon start point.

Nothing to complain with excellent service from all their staff

Excellent location. Sunrise and hot air balloon view at the balcony. Walking distance to eateries and shops. Staff are very helpful. Parking is a little challenging. Public parking lot near the hotel. Staff can help park your car there with a hotel card behind the windscreen and keep the keys at the reception to make sure the car doesn't block the way for other cars and be parked on a safe spot.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Luvi Cave. The team was extremely helpful, helping us book all our activities before and during our stay. They were responsive to all our questions and so helpful with advice. They also helped us book activities for better prices than advertised at shop fronts. We also got a special birthday surprise during our stay which we didn't actually mention. The location was perfect. Just up a slope about a 2 min walk from the main street and a short walk from the public bus drop up point (from kayseri). The amenities were top-notch and so were the views. We had the balloons come right up to our balcony in the morning. Buldans (best cafe in gerome) was also right around the corner.

The staff was EXCEPTIONAL! They made every wish come true, they treated us like king & queen and they helped us with all the requests we had. Special Thanks to Gürkan & Deniz - we have never been in a hotel that has provided such amazing service. THANK YOU! We will definitely come back. The hotel is perfectly located in the middle of Göreme - room (situated in a cave) was always very clean and comfortable.

We LOVED our stay in Luvi Cave hotel. Their rooms are wonderful, clean, and spacious. We had everything we needed and more. The view from the terrace was stunning and we enjoyed watching balloons every morning. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful, and the lovely dog Max made our stay even better. I would highly recommend this place. ❤️

The mattress and pillows were too soft for me. It's a personal preference.

Breakfast quality was good. I love the spread. Love that they provide a Nespresso machine with capsules in the room. Location was excellent, easy to walk out to the town centre. Staff was friendly, helpful with a sense of humour. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing really.... would happily stay again. Maybe would have been nice to have an in house restaurant but with so much choice only 1 or 2 mins away its not an issue.

The old style of the property. The cave room we stayed in was amazing. Huge, full of character and even had a huge jacuzzi tub for two. Breakfast was good and the staff were so helfpul. Deniz orgnized tours for us, inclusing horseriding, balloon tour and day tour of the caves. It was nice to see a friendly face each day. Location is great. Onky 2 mins walk into the main street.
