We actually stayed at this property 3 nights …Everything at this property was great but top of list was the staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. They didn’t have a room first night but they found one for us close by and drove us there!! There was always a welcoming hello and smile and an offer of hot beverage. Great location, facilities and top notch professional friendly staff!!!

Breakfast is a bit on the lower side (but in now way bad) compared to what services the hotel otherwise offers.

Everybody was kind, but especially Emeret (Iam sure I misspelled his name but you wiill know who I mean, once you meet him) went out of his way to please, serve and help. Really extraordinary. 10 point to him alone

The employees are very professional and polite. They helped me a lot in every aspect: from early check-in to comfortable transportation to the bus station. Even though I was late for breakfast, they prepared a separate breakfast plate. The rooms are spacious and clean. Also, don't forget to go to the SPA, they give very nice massages. When I go to Antalya again, I won't go anywhere else because it is hard to find a more caring place and service at this price :)

The staff was super nice especially Aryan (I think this was his name). We only stayed a night to start our roadtrip after. We were a little unprepared and only took 1 blanket but the hotel was so nice to give us one of the hotel blankets for our trip!!! Will definitely come again :)

Eren, Miraç and generally all the staff were amazingly friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located as it is next to the center but in a quiet street and also well connected to local transport. Thank you very much for making my stay so pleasant. If i ever come back to Antalya, I will definitely stay here again.

The only thing that I can criticise about this hotel is that piano in the hall was a bit out of tune😄 I wish next time it will be tuned, but all the rest about this hotel was just amazing.

It was amazing hotel, when we booked this hotel we were suspicious if everything will be as in photos. But actually it exceeded our expectations, rooms were very aesthetic, clean, fully equipped. Breakfast was very tasty, with different range of choices., especially I would thank staff, they were very polite and helpful in everything, they even arranged free transportation to airport for us. If we visit Antalya, we will definitely choose Mai Inci Otel again.

Old Town is just 3 minutes walking distance! Kaleiçi (Old Town) is so beautiful that I felt like I was walking on the streets of Rome and I think this place should be promoted more because I liked it very much. I was very pleased with the hotel's proximity to such a perfect place and its breakfast. Also, the employees were very friendly

Hearty breakfast, hammam and sauna, very attentive and friendly staff. Showers and bathrooms are modern. The rooms are clean and fresh. Otel located next to the main square of Antalya, where we were able to experience the best sunrise in life. Thanks to the hotel staff for our comfort and a pleasant time spent. Good job.

Room was compact. Service was a bit of a shambles. We asked where to park in advance and didn’t receive a response. Found a park in the street in front of the hotel, then were told staff would move the car to a nearby parking lot, otherwise we would be fined 1,000 TL. Came back from dinner several hours later to see car still there. The car was then moved to the street behind the hotel, where we could have parked when we arrived. Bath towels were missing from our room and we were told they would be supplied; they weren’t until we asked the cleaner the next day. The in-room safe randomly started beeping on and off. There were no instructions and we could not stop the beeping; ended up carrying the safe down to reception.

Great location, walking distance to old town, restaurants, shops and transport. Clean and comfortable room. Decent buffet style breakfast with Turkish and international options.

We stayed in a room with no windows which was not mentioned until check in. Because of this the room had a bad smell.

The bedroom was tiny. Water pressure intermittent and the douche tap on the toilet did not work. The cups in the bedroom had not been cleaned effectively.

Paid with booking.com for first night. Fantastic. Wanted to stay an extra night. Pay with cash. - we give you free upgrade. Moved me to the basement no window. Charged me an extra €10 a night for the privilege.
