How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The guy in the reception was so horrible when i wanted a taxi he didnt order me one and he told me to order one myself, i was a foreigner so i needed help and he was just so aggressive

but the dinner time of 7 to 9 is to be change 8 to 10 pm...convenient for guest...as mostly tourists come back to hotel after day tour and cannot avail the dinner. The rooms are not very spacious and Double bed is not for two persons.
Overall, I had a great experience with the staff was incredibly helpful and lovely Especially Ms. Emine and Yeliz. Very supportive...and the smart boy Mr.Kemol very friendly Breakfast was good as according to western tourist not for Indian and Pakistani... Location is very good and lively and nightlife lovers attract a lot...

Its very noisy during the night (music from the clubs nearby) as there is almost no isolation. So probably it’s not best location if you prefer to rest during the night Also, the music next to the pool was too loud for us (very hard to rest during the daily hours)
A very nice breakfast and dinner, spacious pool, friendly staff, nice location if you like partying Cleaning happens upon the request but I found it convenient

some staff were not very welcoming and were quite rude. Wi-Fi is very poor and almost never worked. bathroom in our room was very old and had multiple issues.

The room was very small. The furniture it is old and damaged. You can hear all noises from outside. The staff don't speak english. For new towels , room cleaning and toilet paper you need to ask for them. The meals was almost same in all days. I stayed for 7 days. They don't collaborate with beaches and if you want to go to the beach you need to pay the sezlong or buy drinks and it is not cheap, prices starts from 100 turkish lira.
The staff is very friendly.

Almost everything.What a nightmare!!First the was not service totally ignore you and they was disrespectful.Staff pay attention only to turkish customers and it was always empty.Why??Nobody speak English except the manager.Staff sat alone smoke and play with telephone ignore you totally,and gossip you behind your back.Arif the waiter sat with chambermaids drink coffe and he didn't say even hello.All staff don't work just do what they want.Arif before I go he charge me the coffee 200 tl and he serviced me open bottle of water that he spit on it,after he changed.Staff must be kind and helpful to the customers not just sit drink tea and talking all together.They must do seminars how to treat customers.They turn the backs to me....Arif when I go to the bus I saw him and took a video that he was so happy that he dances like syrtaki very happy.I travel to Paris and man Europe cities I never see this before lazies staff I never see before.I have all those evidence that I want my money back and a public apologize otherwise I use my lawyers and my status in tv and in the press and with my lawyers and I reserve all my legal rights.
The manager of the hotel was typically friendly and the cooker was after friendly,and the view from my balcony to swimming pool.

The hotel is worn out. The photos on Booking were made 7 years ago or maybe 10. Mattresses near the pool, I was afraid to come closer than 2 meters to them. I think they didn't survive COVID. Windows were not closing at all. I had to fix them. And the final drop, if you think it's not so bad. The reason I needed windows closed is that the hotel is located 20 meters from the street full of nightclubs with loud music on till 2-3 AM.
Hard to tell. Surprisingly, the water in the shower was still hot.

We didn’t like that when we came to the hotel they tried to take from us double price for the rooms that we had already paid with the explanation that I have booked two double rooms only for me and when i wanted to cancel all the reservation they said that it was mistake of booking and have fixed it. They tried to make us foolish. Only one girl from all the staff speaks English. Bad communication with them but the worst was that they tried to take more money from us.Very bad impression. The rooms are old, not clean, the beds uncomfortable, air conditioner doesn’t work good, no hot water, no cleaning service and good service at all. The only good thing is the location. Close to everything and far enough to be able to sleep. Left us with very bad taste. I would never give good recommendations for this place and never come back in Turkey at all. Place full with greedy people that scam the tourists and see us as bills of dollars.

There was no indication before I booked that this was a perfectly nice hotel sitting in a sea of jarring, techno beat noise. It wasn't music, it was a full blast onslaught of unharmonious beats from the surrounding night clubs, all competing against each other for the loudest speakers. Not even a bird flying over would stop here.

Wasn’t clean,very old hotel,very noisy,Wi-Fi is always didn’t work,in some rooms there’s no refrigerator, and water provided only on arrival date,but if you prefer room just to come and sleep it’s ok
