Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

AustraliaA little cold and damp in winter but that’s to be expected glamping! Just be wary if you’re not an animal person this farm has heaps of cats and dogs. But we love animals so it was ok for us :)
Wow what a stay!! This was such a cool accomodation. Really great proximity to Ephesus, although I would suggest it’s best if you have a car or have taxis organised as it’s a bit of a walk into town. The staff/family were so so friendly and helpful. And now onto the best part, the food! Hands down some of the best food we ate in Turkey, these guys can cook! Breakfast was insane, such a huge spread and dinner showcased the beautiful local ingredients. The domes were very cute and clean with comfy beds.

United KingdomI wasn't left wanting for anything. Just make sure you are prepared for evening mosquitoes if you plan on sitting outside and watching the sun set.
The location of this site, away from the hustle and bustle, gives it a feeling of serenity. The pods are well equipped for two people. Due to the intense heat of summer, we were advised to leave the air conditioning active all day. I encountered a real family feeling with the hosts; nothing was too much effort. They were happy to chat about a variety of subjects and offer suggestions about the local area. If you love animals, their collection of dogs and cats will be a welcome sight as they patrol the property. Breakfast and dinner are sized for those with big appetites and locally prepared.

They served us super nice breakfast. There is no menu but they arrange anything we want. That's really cool and comfortable for us. Above all, we received a lot of love during all our staying. We have stayed in a lot of five-star hotels but this accommodation gave us quite bigger impressions! Thank you so much Bakai! (and his gf with staff). We will be definitely back again!

South AfricaI would suggest heated blankets to make it a much more comfier stay . It was absolutely freezin at night . The geyser switch is outside the room make sure to put it on unless you're a fan of cold showers !
Absolutely phenomenal glamping experience!! Extremely friendly and helpful family run bnb!! We had the most mouthwatering breakfast spread brought to our balcony the bedroom was realy cosy and pleasant. It was nice and private. It had its own jacuzzi and pool even tho it was winter , in the summer time it would be real fun! The little terrain to get there was not the best however the route was worth it !! Would definitely stay here again in a heart beat 💓

ItalyNothing! It is one of the best places I’ve ever encountered in my trips.
this place is awesome! Luxury brand new “tents” tastefully furnished sitting in a luscious orange garden, each with its own little pool, spa and private furnished patio. Very romantic and scenic. The owners are the most caring people ever and the breakfast they served was huge and lovely made with their own vegetables and homemade preserves. Super highly recommended.

SingaporeInsects of course are to be expected. But the noise we didn’t. We thought it would be a quiet restful experience in the countryside but every morning from 6am there was noise of tractors etc- ok still we just took it as a farm stay experience. But what we didn’t expect was on our second night a new group of guests decided to party into the wee hours of the night - we messaged the hotel staff, they tried to talk to the guests but it was futile as the staff are just too nice. So we probably got 3 hours of sleep. Esp since there’s zero sound proofing (it’s a tent). Oh and of course no blackout since it’s a tent. Just one more thing that we found surprising was that we were charged for our coffee and juice at breakfast - at no point were we informed and we were only given the bill at checkout. And because we were rushing (took 2 hours to prepare breakfast even though we had informed the day before what time we needed breakfast) we really didn’t have the time to discuss. So that was not a great way to end our stay on top of the sleepless night. I think the hotel should have at least waived the charges for beverages at least to make up for completely being ineffective in managing the noisy guests. So service recovery there was super poor - they were just extremely apologetic. Another last 2 things to bear in mind - there is no physical door separating the bathroom, and also because this is a very kind hotel all dogs and cats are free to roam the hotel. My daughter is scared of animals and also very sensitive to fur so she couldn’t even go to breakfast (but they were kind to let us bring her breakfast to the room). So that’s something else to note for anyone who has allergies etc. The dogs and cats have learnt how to open all the doors to the restaurant themselves so there’s no way to keep them out.
Extremely unique experience, absolutely amazing breakfast, wonderful staff. Gorgeous interior and lovely toiletries. I don’t think there can be a better breakfast spread or kinder staff anywhere

United KingdomWe had booked the property primarily because we wanted to use the private jacuzzi - but when we got there we got to know that jacuzzi were not functional because of earthquake damage :( We could have booked somewhere else where jacuzzi WAS working :( Also the room had flies in it when we entered so that wasn't nice
The place, the location, everything is just gorgeous. The staff are really friendly and the place has a lot of cute pets :) Food is really tasty and they had yummy vegetarian options too! Everything feels really fresh - the tomatoes were sweet and juicy.
