The staff was really kind and helpful, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was also really generous and good. The location was also excellent, as we were within a 10-minute walk from the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, etc. It's a great place that's reasonably priced.

The hotel is a bit on the old side, but it is to be expected as all buildings in the area are old. It is very clean, though.

Soundproofing is not great, you can hear fellow guests in the surrounding rooms, the elevator is moderately noisy, and the stairs to the rooftop breakfast bar are quite creaky - I didn't mind these too much, but if you're a bad sleeper, consider bringing earplugs for resting well.

Excellent location, super convenient if you just need a place to sleep between days of exploring the nearby main attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms and the rooftop breakfast bar have great sunrise views.

I think the facilities look a bit old, but just look they have their own charm.

I checked in the next day I booked around 2 am, and the lady was waiting for me at the lobby. Next morning I was late for breakfast, but the lady in the kitchen prepared for me breakfast just told me to come earlier next time. And I enjoyed breakfast with sea view. Overall it was very good, location, staff cleanliness etc

I wouldn't recommend the ground floor unless you sleep very well. You'll hear everything from the lobby, 24x7.

Very good location, hidden from crowds but very close to the mosques. Great view of the Blue Mosque from the roof terrace.

Some instant Nescafe would have been a nice addition to amp up the coffee provided.

Thee breakfast was a wonderful buffet of traditional Turkish dishes (as well as bread and eggs) that changed a bit each day. Terrace dining area had beautiful views of the waterfront and a fun seagull who came by for a snack each morning by knocking on the window with his beak!

The heat/aircon was controlled centrally meaning it was set to “heating” mode when I was there. I am from a colder region and thus not used to the heat. I wish I had known this but otherwise my stay was fantastic!

Location was good, about 15 mins walk from the nearest tram station. Gorgeous rooftop view of the ocean! Breakfast was superb!

The rooms are outdated and lack electrical sockets, which half of them didn’t work. The parking situation is also a bit tricky, but given the location, can’t realistically expect a dedicated parking lot.

The location is perfect and the rooms were cleaned daily, which is rare and appreciated. The breakfast was delicious as well.

The room was dark and the garden view was not much of a view. As we were only in the room to sleep this was not a very big issue for us

Breakfast was simple but with multiple choices of Turkish cold dishes. The hotel is situated close to the old center but quiet at night. The top breakfast room gave a nice view over the bay and directly to the Blue Mosque and Aya Sofia The staff is very friendly

The only problem I had was with the shower draining too slow so I'd have to shut it off a few times mid bath to prevent flooding. Other thqn that, it was decent.

The location is excellent, close to shops and landmarks, with ocean views, but not too close that it would be loud or hit by traffic.

Location is very central for sightseeing, might be a bit difficult to reach if you are using public transport and have luggages. Breakfast in the terrace was quite an experience. Caring and helpful staff.

A little bit noisy in the morning when the staff prepares the tables for breakfast. But the sea view worth it. El baño es pequeño pero agua es caliente.

I’ve asked for a sea view apartment and was given one. the apartment includes a terrace and direct entrance to the restaurant. Diverse breakfast in the morning.

Lots of vertical hills to walk up to see the sites and down to return home. A little treacherous for senior citizens. Thankfully it didn't rain, those cobblestone narrow streets make it difficult to maneuver with passing cars.

Great rooftop spot for seeing the sea and rolling clouds. Great breakfast.

Noisy guests with big families and kids packed into hotel rooms, but that might not always be the case.

Nice manager, I got a nice garden view room, was comfortable for 2 nights. Good location ☺

Local taxi application (BiTaksi) does not precisely determine the location of the hotel probably because of many renovations and reconstructions in the surrounding area

Excellent sea view from the breakfast terrace and the roof top, friendly reception and kitchen staff. Great location for jogging in the morning along the Marmara Sea embankment and swimming in the sea!
