We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United KingdomDidn’t really like the breakfast as there was not much to choose from. They didn’t really accommodate for that but most other things I did. I think they could improve on The way they make their eggs and possibly provide us English with sausage and bacon. That’s what we like. Thanks
We liked that the location was in a nice area and had good access from the front and the back of the hotel the staff were very friendly and Manager helped to resolve any of our problems overall stay was good. I would book again in the near future thank you to all the staff.

United KingdomThe property needs a lot of TLC to say the least. Drinks were poor,bottled soft drinks,no diet drinks,draught beer etc. Beach was a disgrace,broken sun beds etc. Only 5 sun beds around the pool,hope you’re an early riser!

IrelandRooms were quite basic, tired and in need of renovation. The owner told us that they are in the process of a major renovation of their rooms and it had started before we had left. We had to ask for clean towels and a basic room clean, they only came on first day. The hotel has two pools out on the beachside but due to it's location they are in the shade for almost the whole day, they do have a small private beach area as well, but if you prefer swimming in a pool it means your in the shade. No kettle in the room as advised on website.
The seaview from our room was beautiful, not even the mess on the roof of the premises next door could take away from it. Staff were lovely, polite and corteous. Bed mattress was on the firm side which I found fine and comfortable ( some of our party preferences were for softer mattresses). Food was lovely but slightly on the higher price for the resort, although you are sitting on a jetty so location was lovely.

United KingdomPillows weren't very comfortable and there are only a few sunbeds by the pool. Plenty of room on the beach, but you had to keep going back up to get drinks.
Excellent location right on the seafront at the quieter end of the beach,by the harbour. Rooms were clean and comfortable with air conditioning included in the price. Drinks are limited to beer, vodka, gin, wine and raki with a few cocktails also available. Plenty of soft drinks,we're not big drinkers, do didn't find it a problem. For me, the food was great. Omelette for breakfast, the most amazing salad bar at lunch and dinner, plus a good cake selection. Hot food was a bit limited, but we had planned to eat out most nights anyway. If you're looking for English food and drink, this is not the hotel for you. It's exactly what I would expect for the price paid.

United KingdomWhere do I start, the rooms were small, the food is the same every meal time and everyday, the drink selection is either beer or vodka with something but if they run out then you’re screwed, I was all inclusive and barley ate and drank at the hotel, it’s the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

Absolutely blown away with this hotel, the staff were amazing and hubby had shoulder massages every time he sat down from bar staff. Special mention to James Bond(aka, bar manager). Only point I can raise is only limited all inclusive drinks available. Beer, wine, vodka, gin and racci.. other than that couldn't fault it. Food was plentiful and lots of choice . Location is fab, right opposite private beach for hotel guests, they will serve you on beach too. Massive bonus.

UkraineFirst, I want to share a situation when my mother arrived at a hotel. I booked a room for her and wanted to pay via my credit card, which is valid on my Booking account, and I'm spending all my bookings here. They have refused to charge my card and highlighted to Booking that it is not valid (lol). They explained that only a card with the same name as mentioned on the reservation was good for them and required my mom to pay at the place. I called them and explained that I wanted to pay FOR MY MOM, which is standard practice; she doesn't have money to cover that expenses. They answered - "sorry, only her name should be on a credit card to pay, or she can go elsewhere and try to find a place to stay." THIS IS RIDICULOUS! Thanks to the Booking team, I called them, explained the situation, and they confirmed that my mom could pay by cash (I sent her money by Western Union). The Booking Team has assured me that they will not charge my card (as a double payment), and I shouldn't worry about it. It was possible as they never declined my reservation, they only highlighted my credit card as invalid, but it is valid! Overall, I am genuinely disappointed as it violates my rights to pay via Booking on my reservation the way I want. Moreover, their behavior of letting my mom be on the street and being rude is unacceptable. As a "bonus," their cleaning ladies have stolen my mom's cash ($50) she left in her room, in a locker. So you decide to stay here or to find a better place to live and relax. Do not recommend it.
We like the location and the quiet place where it is located. Also, we enjoyed the food and ADULT-only concept
