Very bad stairs .. if yoy have car dont stay here ... no parking at all .. and if u find a place u will be charge ..no free parking there ... very tight street for a car .. this place is perfect for walking only

We didn’t have daily cleaning. We were there for four days and there was no cleaning done on a single day. We did it ourselves after second day.

The location is the best part of the property. It’s an ideal place to be. It was small and cozy and all the basics were functioning well.

The bedroom curtains are very thin. I was there in June, and every night I woke by 5am due to the room being too light. The quatity of cultery and crockery was inadequate. Only two Turkish coffee cups. Western visitors also like large cups/mugs.. I needed to buy mugs! The listing say parking is avaiable but in truth the parking outside Maria House restricted. If you have a car you'll need to find carpark. Nearest one is by Migros supermarket. (60TL per day in June 2023) The hairdryer is a cheap and low powered. If you have hair; bring your own hairdryer with you! On arrival we were greeted by someone who could not speak english. Make sure you've installed a translation app onto your phone. For all intents and purpose the beach is far away. There is a tram nearby to take you to a beach.. we had a car which took 20 minutes - I expect the tram is about the same duration Like most of Turkey, beaches are pebble/shale, a little untidy and will often be crowded.

Maria house is in a great location; it is just a couple of minutes to walk into old town. The area, both inside and outside of old town is extremely busy, but the apartment itself is quiet.

Looks a little bit dirty and careless all structure In appartements are available only towels the rest you have to take your own for your hygiene Other items like fan, iron are there. I would suggest to offer to guests at least some welcome items like tea/coffe/few bottles of water, map of the city

-Very very poor network connection, it worked just in the kitchen -A little bit noisy and bad isolation (we heard a baby screaming like he was near us). Also it was an atelier near our window, we slept withe window closed because of this -Few glasses/ kitchen barely equiped, not even once or two trash packs even if we let at our leave detergent or other things good to use for next tourists; -TV with max 10 programms -Not very clean

-The location was wonderful, near the old city center; -Markets and shops near and near the boulevard; -Strategic point; -We stayed in a big apartment; -Washing machine; -Tea and some bottles of water; -They changed our towels once; -Very big beds but one bedroom bad divided -We could talk via Whatsapp

Cons - [ ] Bathroom light in our apartment flickers. - [ ] Shower temperature is intermittent hot and cold. You move it slightly and temperature changes so drastically. - [ ] Bathroom basin tap is cold. No warm water. - [ ] No toaster or microwave - [ ] Need to bring your own matches to light the stove - [ ] Not enough glasses/mugs for family of 5. - [ ] WiFi is very weak and only generally only available in one room (living room) - [ ] Curtains in bedrooms don’t really block out the sunlight - [ ] Bear in mind you are expected to pay in cash unless you pre arrange with owner Nicole to use credit card.

Pros - [ ] Elif (host) is always around to help. Despite hardly speaking any English Every time we messaged her for something she was at our apartment within 5 mins. She also helped us buy our bus ticket and waited for the bus driver to explain to him where our destination was. - [ ] Central location- Old town. Within 5 minutes of bazaar,restaurants,tour operators and local transport links - [ ] Comfortable beds - including sofa bed surprisingly - [ ] Each bedroom and lounge has A/C which helps - [ ] Washing machine is good

The location is perfect. Just a block from the old town, close to the beach and is very easy to park there. The host are always available and willing to help. The department was perfect and very clean.

The cleanliness of the property has to improve especially this time of pandemic. We found strands of hair on bed and a bit of dust.

Hands down one of the best locations in the area. Overlooking the coastal view. Close to different shops and restaurants. Spacious living room and the best part of the property is the terrace where you can unwind after a long day of walking.

Nothing much, but the kitchen equipment can be improved.

It is a fantastic place to stay, I’m glad with my choice. The host is a very helpful and friendly person, she was so quick to answer our questions or meeting our needs. The location can’t be better than this just a few steps from the main road, restaurants and shops. The flat has bed rooms with descent size and extra large comfy beds. Definitely I recommend this place to stay for everyone.

Lack of communication between employees. Which causes inconvenient contact on their part. I was approached at a store outside the establishment to be charged for the stay that had already been paid for. Also approached to leave the apartment and a late check out was authorized twice during the night shift. Horrible service from the morning receptionist. I do not recommend

The location is the best in Antalya, 30 meters from the Üc Kapi Griris (Hadrians Gate) andzhe Kaleici (Old City)

Sadly we had a weird experience upon arrival. We did comunicate the time of arrival in advance but we still had to wait cca half hour for one apartment and then another half hour for the second. The stuff apologizied for the situation and it would be acceptable but sadly the next situation was a scam like one. Payment was not made in advance so we wanted to pay at place - first there wasnt possible to pay the whole amount with card - we were told only half and half cash. And then we were told to pay ccq 20€ more in liras as it was decklares in booking. We did show the correct amount on booking in € and also liras and the stuff still expected us to pay the higher amount in liras - and sadly he didnt speak english that good to explain. Lastly we were inform that if we pay cash in € we can pay the amount declared on booking. Happily we did have the amount. Really weird scam alike situaion. Other than that, everything was fine. The one apartment was on really busy street so quite noisy.

The apartments were quite spacious, guite good equipted. The beds were comfortable, the bigger apartment had two balkonies.

Excellent, quiet apartments in the very center, near the old town. Inside there is everything you need - good internet, a small kitchen, rooms with comfortable beds, a balcony. Very cozy apartments!

The blankets/covers provided did not keep us warm, they were very thin. Toilet did not flush properly, Few towels and toilet roll provided, we had to ask for more. They insisted for payment in cash, even though I requested them that I can pay by card (which in the end they agreed). Overall not a bad stay, but some areas of improvement are there

Bed was shabby so I heard the creaky sound whenever I lied in bed. Apartment is located next to the street so it was not easy to sleep in silence.
