No one on terrace bar serving any drinks would have been nice to sit and have a drink there but didint seem to ever be anyone on However it is Ramadan when we've been and only March so this might be why as hotel still quiet too

It would be wrong to say it’s one of the best hotels in Mardin because it’s not one of the best hotels , it’s THE BEST hotel in Mardin …. Location and accessibility is very important for this magical old town and this hotel has everything in its favour …. If someone wants to experience a luxurious, magical experience then this is the place to be….

Great location. Staff are incredible. We booked 2 rooms. One got upgraded to a huge king suite. This suite was very nice. Could be cleaner. Great restaurant and entertainment.

great location, friendly staff, beautiful view from the hotel terrace excellent room. beautiful old cities, monasteries and antique locations close to Mardin. Mardin itself is also beautiful. We will definately come back.

Breakfast could be a bit more varied

Room was incredible. The view of the Mesopotamian fields is out of this world, both from the room and from the rooftop restaurant. The hotel has parking both in front of the hotel and in the back The one in the back is a bit hard to access however the hotel valet was great to help with parking there Also, parking is safe. The internet was surprisingly good. If you want to visit Mardin its definitely the best choice

I had an amazing stay. The staff was incredibly accommodating, and the hotel itself is absolutely stunning. The breakfast was great and almost too much for two people to finish. I hadn't seen many photos or reviews of the breakfast so having a full serpme kahvalti was a surprise. The breakfast alone would cost easily 700tl+ in Istanbul so it felt like a fantastic deal. The staff are exceptional and very kind. Highly recommended

Fantastic true authentic house… I believe it dates of the 1400 if my memory serves me well… renovated to feel luxurious for the 21st century without losing its charm. Excellent clean washrooms, gorgeous rooms It used to be a school It’s like sleeping in a museum with A/C ! Great breakfast Friendly staff, helped us book a tour and transportation Good restaurant on roof with live band (typical Mardin music, for those who know it’s a great show and for those who don’t know, you will discover the true music of this multicultural/multi religious corner of the world through its music and food)

Nothing, as it met with our expectation even I can say it exceeded.

It was a delicious experience from c-in to c-out. They welcomed very well and guided us for the highlights and whenever we need, they immediately assisted us gladly. Mis Bahar was great receptionist and also same for the bellboy. The breakfast was also great. Thanks for the delightful service :)

The room has some old items and the rain shower was broken but we were informed that it is being renovated for next summer. The live music if you would like to sleep early can bother you a bit.

We had a quite warm welcome. The room was spacious enough with a great view to south that expands to Syria. We were informed that we got upgraded to a room with view due to booking over booking.com. The first morning a quite good breakfast greeted us. Especially the omelette was extra delicious. They have had daily sıra gecesi events that is dinner with local love music. We participated and quite enjoyed one evening.
