Breakfast was normal. The location of the hotel was very good. But because the hotel was near the bicycle market, it was usually crowded.

The reception was very helpful. The beds were comfortable, but the space between the wall and the bed was small, and even with luggage, it was difficult to walk in the room. The bathroom was nice and clean.

Breakfast was not good. Poor selection of food with very limited options. We went out for a nice breakfast around Izmir instead.

The hotel was quite close to the central train station. Staff was nice and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It was good value for money. Would definitely stay here again, but would skip on breakfast.

Payment system. They had a problem receiving the money via booking.com and they asked if I can pay by cash. Finally we managed to pay by card, but the amount was 2 euros more.

The location is good and they accepted us to check-in 2 hours earlier.

Breakfast wasn't very variuos, I expected more. It was very loudly at night from outside. The neighborhood doesn't seems safe.

I was expecting to have a balcony with city view, but it was just a "terrace" with a big wall in front, nothing to see. Still, I liked the fact I could take some fresh air out of the tiny room. But, there is a roof top terrase (work in progress) from where I could enjoy the city view by night! (photo attached)

I had the Single room which covers in a decent way the basic needs - small room, comfy bed (pillow could have been better), small private bathroom, mini bar with good items / good prices. TV and good wi-fi in my room (for turist needs). Breakfast was good. Overall, I paid for 5 nights here as I would have paid for 1 night at a 5 stars hotel, so there's not much to complain. I had a great solo experience in Izmir! The city is veeery beautiful and I felt very safe!!

it took a long time to get hot water in the shower, the sheet didn't stay in place, the blanket was quite small for two people, the heating system was noisy and quite inefficient, also wifi asks to login again everytime and the keycard must be renewed daily

The wifi was very bad. Definitely don’t book if you need to work from the hotel. The breakfast staff wasn’t nice. They didn’t allow us to take anything from the breakfast room even though we would return the plate. This has never happened to us before.

The location was good, we could walk everywhere. Only 25 min by car from the airport (180TRY). The hotel was clean.

Stuff hardly knows any language but turkish.

It was nice to have personal shower/toilet. Balcony is a plus as well. Can recommend for staying for a few days. Stuff was nice!

Reservation by credit card with cash payment upon arrival was not available. a second room key is needed if more than 1 adult because they might have different timing Hot water before 7:00 am was not available Should have early breakfast snack if anyone want to take it prior to 8:00 o'clock.
