Many things: - They gave us initially the smallest possible room even tough we booked a Deluxe Suite. - The title for this hotel should be: Al Inclusive but you don't get anything! - I asked at 4:10pm if I can get an Ice Cream. The Lady answered very nasty that it is closed from 4pm! - At diner when I asked for a second glass of red wine the answer was: Red wine is finished. - AC did not work. - Minibar although advertised was empty from the beginning. - Food options were not as expected. - Staff not helpful at all. - Almost no one speaks English in the hotel. - When we left one day earlier none of the staff asked a single question why!

They do not have enough information about the booking management. Hotel or someone sending fraud and fake mails to get your money about your confirmation. And they have no idea and no helping about it . Location is not updated in booking and Google maps. Also not so cleaned the hotels it could be more and real cleaning .

It was not deeply cleaned the room , they should inform their employees about it . Only change towels and making for bed . Others just dirty … also , location should be updated , it was just time consuming. Also, they should check booking confirmation, because I spent extra money , be aware dear guests there is a fake payment before you arrived and it was saying shared by hotels in mail.

Food is really delicious ! What you like you can find for any time :) location is not correct in booking and Google maps .. it should be updated because we spend 30 min to find the correct location with local people helping. Beach is very nice and bar is good until 01:00. Barmen is very kind and hardworking guy ! Other employees are also very kind and helpful.

There was not air conditioner in the restaurant part. It feels having breakfast in the sauna.

Location is great, Icmeler sea is not the best one but view is very beautiful. All inclusive food is fine but alcohol type is weak. The hotel's own beach feels pretty convenient and room size was good level with a nice balcony. The hotel provides towel for beach daily.

The ancient air conditioning system is unable to keep up with the heat, causing the hotel to feel like a sauna. The music played on a stage next to the bar was too loud during the evenings, making it hard to relax or rest till midnight.

The reception staff was very helpful in every matter. The food was delicious, and the location of the hotel is fine, with plenty of activities around. There is a great manicure service available next door. However, I would advise against using the beach in front of the hotel, as it is small and shared with boats, making it quite dirty. Instead, I recommend walking 300-400 meters to the left, where you will find a clean and empty coastline. The outdoor pool is nice, spacious, and deep.

this property is the worst property i have visited in turkey so far. the staff are very very rude , unprofessional unhelpful. they even ask you to carry your luggage to your room. AC is not working in both rooms. buffet is really bad , whatever you ask for they ask you to do it by yourself.

Nothing like the pictures Bathroom was horrible - all tiles broken with mold everywhere shower would leak and overflow onto the bathroom floor everytime. Shower head broken. manager was very unhelpful. Air conditioner was broken they did get an engineer very quickly to fix this. Food was horrendous. All inclusive but didn’t eat one meal not even the breakfast. Staff were very unhelpful.

The hotel is coming out of covid shutdown / lockdown and are operating with minimum staffing levels. The staff are not interested with them going around the hotel areas with a mobile to their ear continually talking to friends especially in restaurant areas. They are not interested. Spotting staff hiding in clothing cupboards with mobiles was a game we played. The worst was the snack bar with no menu posted and staff drinking hotel guest coffee at the back of the snack bar while a que formed at the front. Never saw the pool cleaned in 2 weeks we were there. Unfortunately we did not check reviews before we booked as had been before covid and was good. Needs to be shutdown, refurbished and staff enlighten to how hotel staff should operate. It would appear to have been reopened on the basis of making some money from repritation of British holiday makers who have visited in the past. Check reviews before going and spot the British reviews against the local staff reviews...

Nothing the whole experience was terrible. Being placed in the crapest room in the hotel at 2 AM on arrival. Noisey air conditibing system so when its on you cant sleep.Room like living in a storage heater very hot at night. Having to resolve at the desk and being moved to where we should be. Staff not supportive as they knew we were being taken advantage of. That is no help with luggage to room..

A dirty hotel, dirty rooms, dirty towels with yellow stains and worn out bathroom. The bathroom is old and has a smell and traces of dirt. I do not advise anyone to come only. I could not stay for the next nights, so I canceled all the remaining nights and would advise the hotel if it saw my comment not to be upset and to take the necessary action in order to restore the 4 star reputation and to deserve it. I wish them success and progress

The staff were all lovely and friendly. The moment we walked into the hotel they were so helpful. The all inclusive service was great to make use out of. The walking distance to the beach was very ideal. Overall, it was great value for money and is highly recommended

The food options were extremely limited, luckily we were only there for 2 nights but already there was repeat items on the buffet. Very few staff spoke english making it hard to converse. The most disappointing thing was the bar was barely stocked with anything. Your options were either wine, beer or vodka.

The rooms were a good size and clean with a nice balcony. Location was amazing. very close to the town and lots of nice restaurants and bars nearby.

The 'clean' plates had food pieces on them. My fork was greesy. The buffet equipment had fingerprints all over them. So we chose to eat out. The bathroom tiles were mouldy and the shower glass and bathroom mirror were not wiped.
