Alacati is a wonderful place with totaly turkish vibe. The butik hotel is near to Alacati center and bus station, you can take dolmuş (minibus) to go to Alici, Cecme and Alacati marina and beach. You need to walk for about 5-10minutes to arrive to the hotel if you are coming with bus from Izmir airport. Calm and cozy Very good breakfast

Beautiful and clean boutique hotel in a central location but in a more quite part which was perfect because restaurant and clubs close at 5am the next morning. Everything was clean including the linen, smelled fresh and a comfortable bed. The staff is friendly and helpful despite the language barrier. Also got to meet Joyce and Emi (staff) from Kenya. Very friendly and helpful as well.We enjoyed the delicious breakfast. Only thing I've suggested to the Owner was checking up on the shower nozzle as well as the wifi reach in our room. He confirmed the maintenance will be done during the winter period and the wifi would be checked immediately. I'd definitely stay here again. Thank you for the hospitality.

You should stay here if you wanna get a perfect Turkish breakfast. If you would eat the same breakfast some other place in Alaçatı, you would probably pay the same amount as your one night stay. But this amazing breakfast was already included.. I loved it. You will probably meet the nicest staff you could ever see. Special thanks to owner of the property, Mr Serkan. He will be there anytime you need help. Just couple of minutes walk to the main street in Alaçatı. Great location. I am going to stay here for sure during my future Alaçatı visits

Very clean rooms in a great location, a couple of walking minutes from Alacati Carsi where you will find beautiful streets, nice restaurants and markets. Beaches are simple to reach with the help of blue buses that can also be found on a street couple of minutes from Mavi Konak. Breakfast is a dream, made and served thoughtfully by the staff each morning with a variety of dishes, eggs the way you like them and the best bread/pide. What stands out in this property is the host's readiness to help with any inquiry you might have, going out of their way to make sure you have a great stay and doing it in such a friendly way that makes you feel so welcome! Thank you so much!

The only thing that surprised us was that there were no safe boxes in the rooms! We had lots of money with us and we had to carry it outside of the hotel!

I was in Mavi Konak for one week with my family. We had the greatest time ever! The rooms were very nice and super clean. The staff were so nice and respectful, I appreciate all the hospitality of Serkan bey and his sweet family. The location is right behind the main street (where all the bars and restaurants are located), so you have very easy access to the heart of the village and at the same time, it’s in a calm and quite street away from the noisy and busy area. Breakfasts were fantastic! It’s a combination of local healthy diaries, jams and traditional breads! Enjoy it!

The place was super cozy, confortable and very clean. Location was great, really near to the main street. Breakfast was perfect, traditional Turkish with lots of dishes brought to our table, all fresh and tasty. We loved our stay here but definitely the best was the staff, always super friendly and helpful with everything we needed and greeting us with a smile. Happy to have met our friends Joyce and Emmy from Kenya, they were super nice!!

The staff does not speak English but that's not a problem at all if you use something like Google Translate for example.

Overall a great hotel. The room was rather spacious and very clean. Very tastefully decorated and it just felt very cosy and comfortable. Also the breakfast was great - very local with lots of different small dips. Freshly made doughnuts and other pastries. Very central close to the busy streets in Alacati, yet very very quiet! I definitely would stay here again.
