Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ArmeniaIt is not what we didn’t like, these are just some advises, how to make the hotel even better 1. Patisserie is great, last year there was a delicious coffee from barista, but now only Starbucks coffee for 5€ there (free coffee you still can order at the bar near). Strange decision. Haven’t seen anybody ordering this Starbucks paid staff 🤷♂️ Barista was much better and much pleasant. 2. Last year every supper had special meal, served by chief. This year everything was delicious, but without “meal of the evening”. Sad, this meal was great and very atmospheric
It was our second time here, and it was great again! The hotel, staff, rooms, service, food - all is very good and of the high quality! We had a great time! Especially I want to mention bars and barmen! Various great cocktails and staff, pleasant atmosphere and famous brand alcohol. Just to mention- hotel’s beach is in 500m from the hotel. There is a regular transfer to the beach. For us it was great to walk a little bit. But it is better to know this when booking.

Unforgettable stay at Megasaray Westbeach Antalya Hotel. The hotel boasts a wide selection of facilities/activities to spoil travellers from all corners of the world. CanadaMegasaray West Beach Resort is a great place to stay. When I arrived, we were greeted by Vedat. He was a friendly person; very helpful, kind, took care of our luggage and explained all the amenities to us. The restaurant had a lavish buffet; and the staff was great. Next time I am in Antalya I will definitely stay at Megasaray again And I highly recommend this resort to everyone else!!

IrelandThe resort is kinda in the city, but that could be handy too The gym is in the basement, which isn't very pleasant to stay in an enclosed space training, but again, it helps to have a gym there still. That could be just me, but the building from outside looks like a school, beige and burgundy are the best colours for a resort or seaside hotel. It should be blue and white.
Staff are very helpful. They might seem not smiling, but they are well trained and helpful. They would direct you to the right person or location. Ali from the reception helped us contact the airport for my delayed luggage and followed up with them. The food was delicious, massive variety. Even green leaves and salads are great. I loved their Iskander kebab. It was genuinely much more delicious than any turkish restaurant I've visited.

This was the perfect spot for relaxing and indulging for a few days! The cocktails were delicious and fresh and the hotel as a whole has a great vibe — the entertainment team work hard to provide daily activities and we even went clubbing! It’s super festive but the pool area and easy access to the beach also provide the best kind of relaxation. Absolutely loved the food.
