Oykan went above and beyond in communicating the details of the stay, he was very helpful in helping us 24/7 even when we checked-in at 2 a.m. fulfilling all the requests made! The hotel is near most of the main places to visit when staying in Trabzon! Highly recommend booking with them.

ALL. The location can’t be better, it is literally on the city center! And walking distance to a beautiful park on the Black Sea coastline. Everything was immaculately clean, the bed was comfy, the view from the room is amazing (half city view half sea view). What I like the most is the people work there. Oykan the owner was so nice and friendly, he was so helpful and treated all the guests like old friends, which I really appreciated. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which actually not included. I can feel that he is doing business with heart that making your stay really at home. Icher and Biret was also sweet and helpful, you can get all the information you need from them. Icher helped me to print some travel documents which was so saving my time. And he always asked how my day went and we usually have a good convo. Really welcomed and you can get the homey feeling staying at Mells. They also have day trip to Uzungol and Ayder (beautiful places). If you travel to Trabzon, I highlu recommend this place. Or just staying at Mell’s is already a valid reason to travel to Trabzon. ;)

The room was very clean and comfortable it’s new furniture and also the toilet looks new and very clean with all shower tools, the wifi is strong and the staff very helpful and kind .. I really like this hotel its in Trabzon midan it Exultant location near coffee shops and restaurants, money exchange shops and if I come to Trabzon I will definitely stay in it

Everything was great! Whatever we asked, they provided it to us! The reception of guests in this hotel is at the highest level, which cannot be found even in 5 stars. We were provided with free breakfast, although it was not included in the reservation. We were allowed to stay until 18:00 the next day for free. This helped us a lot. Thank you very much for everything you do for your guests! Now I have only one place in Trabzon that I will return to again.

The hotel was very well located in the centre of the city opposite the central park. There were plenty of cafes and restaurants around and the park provided a great place to people watch and enjoy a coffee. There is no restaurant in the hotel but a breakfast voucher was provided for the nearby Grand Zorlu hotel and it was excellent. The room was big, beds comfortable, a nice couch to relax into and the staff were great. We felt well looked after. Highly recommended.
