Great experience: - The staff were always polite and helpful, they brought me free tea to my room several times, and gave excellent advice to visit the city. - The location is perfect. Close to everything, cute street, 5 minute walk to the Blue Mosque. - Finally, as a woman travelling alone, security was an important criterion which was perfectly met.

The people, the service and the location are superb! It is like traveling and feeling at home. Ramadan especially is amazing! Teas, cookies and cakes are served whenever you need! This hotel is at a quiet place despite being near to main attractions like Hagia Sophia. I will stay here again next time!

I think it's the best choice if you want to stay in Sultanahmet. Very close to the most iconic places in Istanbul. Public transport in walking distance, enjoyable, passing through a small bazaar and a lot of small souvenir shops and places where you can eat. About the hotel, everything was perfect. The manager and the staff are all very nice people. They are trying all they can do to fulfill your requests. We made a mistake and the manager understood our situation and we were to change the room. Our choice, a junior suite was ideal for our family, 2 + 1 toddler. Top quality hotel. Definitely we will book again if we have to travel again to Istanbul.

Excellent accommodation & extremely welcoming staff! We were made to feel at home instantly. Emir and his colleagues were amazing, always available to give us helpful information. The location is also an asset, the hotel being in one of the most popular areas, and yet in a quiet neighbourhood. Will be definitely coming back next time in the city.

I got a room with seaview balcony and the view is right in front of Bosphorus channel, there is nothing to block the view, it was south facing panoramic breathtaking view of the ocean! The location of this hotel is just so convenient, 5 mins walk to the The Blue Mosque and 10 mins to Hagia Sophia, basically within 20 mins walk you could get to many good food and hang out places, one of the center place in the old town, I felt safe to walk around in this area as well. The staff is really friendly, heartwarming greeting and answer all my questions with smile and patience, frankly speaking I had concerns with "local traps" since there are many articles about it on the internet, but the hotel staffs are just being honest, nice and helpful, there recommendation of a show on a yacht is one of the best experience I had as well. At the end of my journey, they arranged a limo-like shuttle for me to the airport with only XX Euros cost, quite thoughtful. The suite room is not very big but got everything I needed.

The property location is in close proximity to Sultanahmet and Hagia Sophia Mosque! 3 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop which takes you to Eminonu (every 10 minutes). Hotel staff was top notch, really courteous, polite and always genuine in helping guests with questions and recommending places of attraction! EMIR was the star for his dedication and commitment to always delivering the best for his guests and us too! Lots of restaurants around the area. The hotel is new and room was spacious. They also provide with free coffee and teas along with snacks 24/7.

I haven't found anything I don't like.

The location is prime, one of the best hotels in this area. The staff is very polite and helpful. The night was very windy and the balcony door was making an annoying hissing sound, which prevented me from going to sleep. The staff changed my room to a batter location and offered to move my belongings themselves. I felt very welcome.
