My experience staying at Menar was excellent. Ramzan, Salih, Anil and Erai ensured my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always very generous with tea, coffee and snacks and worth mentioning I was travelling with a 2 year old. They did the best they could to ensure all my requests were attended swiftly. Also, Ramzan accommodated us for a late checkout which was commendable as we were quite worried about our little one due to a later flight. This hotel is no less than a 5 star when it comes to customer satisfaction. Thanks for making our stay memorable.

There’s nothing bad with the place, just book a room according to your needs, I booked a standard room and was big enough for one person, but wouldn’t share it and would prefer a bigger room if that’s the case

This has nothing to do with the hotel but since our check out was on labor day, the roads were closed so we booked a taxi as VIP service and even though he took a straight road, he charged us doble.

The staff was very helpful. Especially Emir, he gave us really good tips for our stay.

The couch wasn’t very comfortable as it’s clearly an extra bed. There were no plates or cutlery in the room or a dishcloth to dry cups etc. The staff did supply these immediately when asked.

The staff were very welcoming and very helpful. Our room was very nice and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was lovely. We loved having a kitchen area and the terrace outside our rooms was a great place to sit and watch all the boats come and go. The hotel is an easy walk to all historic sites.

Double bed only was a bit small. And a little noisy at night. But we adjusted to these things easily and our stay was great.

Great value, super clean and situationally convenient. Staff were hugely helpful and breakfast to our room each morning was delicious.

Such a great location and a short walk from all the key attractions in Sultanahmet. Great transport links nearby to get around the city. The rooms were very clean and the staff were so lovely and helpful! I would recommend to anyone!

There's nothing I can think of. Everything was absolutely perfect. Definitely will come back.

- The staff is extremely nice and helpful. We had a great welcoming were the host (probably the owner of the hotel) provided us with some tips for places to visit, eat etc. Everyone was so friendly, polite, always smiling and available for anything even for a small chat. - The room was super clean, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean as well - The location was perfect - literally 5 minutes walk to the Blue Mosque and the area was very safe - They offer breakfast as well and it's super rich - omelette, salads, different types of jams, coffee, juice etc.

Bathrobe I got after I asked. My door lock didn’t work properly and every time I opened it from fifth try. It was irritating(

I booked sea view room. The cleaning of the rooms was every day. Coffee and deserts was nice bonus, but my friend from another room asked dessert too however they said there was no left . I would like to say big Rahmet especially to Amir
