OmanThis is my 3rd stay and as usual one of the best hotel in the heart of Trabzon with good clean facilities plus acceptable breakfast in comprision with many brand hotels. Thanks to Azgar at the reception who upgrade one of the room to family suites with same cost prices. He was always ready to help and was very friendly. Samat lugguge handling staff was very helpful. The dinner is great with many variety plus tasty. . Many shops are located next to hotel like English Home, Polo and many brands. Close to Cevahir Mall and only 5 minutes to Trabzon airport. Ouside seenary is great specially during breakfast time with nice gardn plus green trees next to breakfast pantry area. Hotel will suited for family and very clean plus strongly recommended. Keep it up to standard Mercury Management and well done so far

IsraelThere is no service in the dining room. No coffee/tea is served. Do not clear a table while having a meal. In the shower do not put conditioner for hair. And in the shower water doesn't go down well and then everything comes out and it's unpleasant.
Nice hotel. Don't know if it's new, but looks like new. Beds and pillows are comfortable. I asked for a room with a sea view, but it's not important, because it's not that pretty. Beautiful dining room, clean. Satisfying variety of food. Staff speaks English well.

GeorgiaThe receptionist informed that they are unable to give change in USD, so he gave me in Turkish lira (with awful exchange rate, lower than any other place) It's far from the city center, so if you don't have car, it's going to be a struggle.
The room was indeed Very comfy and clean. Bed, shits bathroom were clean and tidy. Loved the set-up that the hotel did for us as I informed that we are traveling for our honeymoon. The car park was very spacious and quite well done.
