The breakfast could use some improvement. The choice of fruits and the waiting time to get the coffee one actually had ordered were a bit on the lower side. Train your staff in a way, that all of them are on the same level. Some were obviously not used to the expectations this high standard hotel would usually want to satisfy. All staff members were very friendly, but they did not all understand sufficient English to actually deliver in a satisfactory way.

Pretty much everything was as per our expectation. Maybe they can add some entertainment activities for guests as after sunset you have nothing to do here.

The hotel location is excellent, the staff are very helpful and friendly. They will guide you to everything you need here in Bodrum even arranging stuff which isnt related to them. The hotel is very clean, service is good and the aesthetics of the hotel is 😍. The turkish breakfast is really good. Breakfast here is a la carte. They have 2-3 options you can choose from and they give you anything else that you like.

Mett was amazing! This was our first time in Bodrum and we picked the right hotel. We had a partial sea view room - which had an amazing sea view. It was a large room - well done up with a Nespresso machine, a safe and a very comfortable king bed. They have the most amazing bathroom slippers - full disclosure: I took a pair home! Best part was the beach and beautiful water. They had a great pool and beach area. Breakfast was lovely with plant based options for a vegetarian like me. We also tried the signature Turkish hammam in their in house which was very relaxing! The best part was the people and the manager - Mr. Ali. Everyone was so welcoming and nice! They gave us some really nice recommendations for places to visit as well.

Cost for food and drink at the hotel just seemed vastly out of proportion for Turkey. Was so expensive that we only had 1 meal at the hotel and a couple of drinks. Beach restaurant was closed too which was a shame, as we were looking forward to having a drink there in the evening. Cost for activites were also hellishly expensive.

Very attentive staff, especially on reception. Very easy to get a taxi into Bodum Marina only cost £3 per trip. Very clean and picturesque hotel.

It's a very minor comment, but if they could have provided two large waters a day rather than two small bottles, that would have been more reflective of 5 star luxury 🙏

The staff were fantastic and attentive to our every need. They truly care to deliver, remember the details, and go above and beyond for you. From the lifts in the buggy, to help making dinner reservations they really made our stay an absolute dream. We stayed in a Loft Sea View and had the most incredible room and view (Room 8008). We could not fault the room, space, and decor. So relaxing and a haven to return to at the end of the day. The beach was incredible (sunbeds included), the best we've ever been too and the pool and spa were gorgeous too. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options and no limit on what you can order. Cocktails and dinner with a view of Bodrum Harbour is a must at Isola ~ our best meal of the holiday! If you can, do the boat trip on Blue Infinity ~ a day to remember with a wonderful lunch too 💙 Taxis into Bodrun Marina were fast and very reasonably priced.
