This is the best-located property in Dalyan. Most people rent boats to reach here but you enjoy the stunning views right from your breakfast table. You can also dip in the river and admire the view from the water.

Wouldnt change a thing.

Breakfast was exceptional, Such a beautiful spot by the river. It was a little too cold to swim while we were there but its a perfect chilled place. Plenty of places to eat within about 5 mins walk and then 10 mins from the main town . We will be coming back for sure.

There isn't anything for kids to do here, but it isn't marketed as such, so this wasnt a problem at all - perfect relaxing spot for couples!! A great stop over for us before driving onto our next location.

Beautiful waterside location - small and pretty, superbly kept garden. Rooms clean and comfortable beds. Staff were very friendly. breakfast was excellent and plentiful. As a family of four we were glad to have a car to explore the surroundings as there is not too much to do in the immediate local area. Some lovely restaurants nearby, within easy walking distance (but staying at the very start of the season meant that a number weren't yet open).

Breakfast buffet varied each day and had ample choice Location was excellent, stunning setting overlooking the river and also peaceful as it is just outside the main town, but with a lovely walk into the centre The family who run Midas are so friendly and helpful, calm and polite, nothing was too much trouble

Big windows let in lots of fresh air. Beautiful view of river and ancient tombs carved into the rocks. Garden below was full of vegetation and flowers.

Location on the river so saw some turtles, can get waterboattaxi, collection for day trips. Amazing view of the tombs. Rooms comfortable with air conditioning. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and plentiful. Good free WiFi. Staff were lovely. Great advice on trips, restaurants, and local areas. Easy check in and out. Perfect little B&B!

About 10 minutes walk to/from Dalyan town center so plan accordingly on hot days

Rooms are comfortable but smaller than what you can imagine looking at the photos. Toilet flush had some issues. No blankets on our beds (?). Breakfast not the best we experienced in Turkey.

The location is amazing, just in front of the river (with direct access to it for a swim) and the Lycian graves (main Dalyan attraction). People of the staff are very kind even though some extra suggestion/introduction to Dalyan would have been apreciated. Rooms are very clean.
