Breakfast needs to be an actual breakfast. Have to reconnect to the wifi manually every time you go on your phone. Service from staff could be better

Location is good, in the middle between the old city and new city. Breakfast was shocking. Hotel was not anything special and the service is standard, but I guess you get what you pay for

property needs a lot of work. shower area floods out consider sealing it off and actually placing a sliding door or closing door.

Quality of hotel building is poor. Doors not well closing and noise comes in easily. Also bathroom is in bad condition. Outside hot tub did not work.

Our room was smelly, the bathroom was left very dirty after some maintenance took place, and during the night we could hear loud banging noise possibly coming from the lift, which made the sleep very disruptive

The jacuzzi was very nice, the staff were very friendly and it was easy to check in and someone kindly helped us to find somewhere to park.

The key card didn’t always work so you needed to go back to reception and have it reset.

Staff spoke hardly any English. Breakfast was mainly an assortment of bread, spreads and some cut veges. It sufficed but was far from lavish. The size of the room was quite small and hardly and space for an open luggage. Hotel location was quite far from the city centre.

Love the modern monochromatic design of the property which is what I personally prefer. Room was fairly cheap considering how new and tastefully design it was. Location was walking distance to a Mediterranean Sea view

Room was difrent from the pictures jacuzi was old and difrent. Every morning same breakfast not wery good one. Keed your personal belongings with you all the time. Electricity was gone 3 times.

everything that we would take like water and coffee inside the room are charged if drank while globally it is considered as a hospitality from the hotel. However the tea was for free which is their own hospitality for the guests.

the staff are polite, supportive and smiling. They were cleaning the rooms routinely.

The hot tubs are all in need of service due to not working properly and are not in good shape the surroundings of them are rotting and broken and dangerous.

The walls were paper thin and from day 1 there was constantly a lot of noise coming both from outside the hotel and the lobby.

The staff were very friendly, room was spacious and comfortable, overall quite clean and contained everything necessary.

We booked a hot bath tub room as we wanted to relax but the bath tub was full of algee and plant stuff as we turned it on the algee was all over us and had a bad time due to that.

The staff was very help full and the free trasfer to beach was a big thing for us as it's 10km from the beach

The suite with a jacuzzi that we booked was not ideal as it was situated in a basement with no windows or day light at all. We had to pay extra to move in the suite that’s has a jacuzzi in the balcony. It was ok for what you can get. breakfast can be better (some fruit, a bit of variety..)

We were first offered the ground floor room 104x, however the jacuzzi is not clean with spider in it and there is a knife lying around the jacuzzi… the jacuzzi area is not sound proof very shabby roof… also the light for bathroom is flickering
