Everything was good.

We were checked in by Arda. The road to hotel was blocked so we called and he answered and directed us promptly. He explained everything about the hotel and sent us all information about restaurants and sights. Very wam and welcoming. Hotel was located in the Old Town, but it has a small parking lot for our car. Wifi was also good.

The self-check in keypad was a bit buggy sometimes where it would take us some time to try to work it to get in. However there is usually someone available at the reception or by call to let us in if needed.

Very beautiful decor with comfortable spacious rooms, the host was very kind and friendly and offered us a lot of advise of things to do around the area as well as local eating spots that were a great hit. The location was right in the middle of the old city and the metro and buses were easily accessible by foot. Loved how quaint and cozy the hotel felt and would definitely recommend this for a stay in Antalya.

We had an issue checking in, when you arrive there is a closed door and no proper reception. We had told them in advance we would be arriving very late and they said that was fine and they have 24h reception. No one was around to let us in and we were lucky other guests were able to open the hotel door for us or we would have been stranded at midnight on the street. We had to wait about 45 mins in the garden area before the other guest decided to go looking for the receptionist herself, where she found him in bed in one of the rooms? He came down and let us in to our room but he was not friendly and acted like we had interrupted him. Apart from this experience we had a great stay here but i hate to think what would’ve happened if the other guests weren’t able to help us.

Beds were a little hard for my taste, so maybe they can look into a mattress cover with a pillow top for extra cushioning.

Nothing: everything was perfect

We loved our host Arda and all the staff that worked there. There was so much room we had two floors to ourselves it was more of an apartment than it was a hotel room. The location was fantastic and right in the middle of the town and was accessible by foot.

The staff was more than amazing, it was wow! And the same applies for everything else. The place is very cute, and yet full of history and beautiful paintings and decoration, also a great library. The location was also top, lots of great cafés and restaurants.

Perfect location within Antalya as it’s situated right in the Old Town. Arda (the hotel manager) was extremely welcoming & attentive. Also, he was very helpful & keen to assist us with our personal requests. The hotel is great for anyone looks for an accommodation that’s a blend of modernism & rich with history.

The property is heritage property which has its history related to Royal families who once stayed there. I loved it’s interior which reflects multi-culture - Greek balcony and Ottoman garden (if I understood it right) plus they are using sustainable ways to use energy and water which makes them stand out from the rest. Lastly, it is situated very close to many tourist attractions which are literally with 5-8 minutes walking distance with excellent options to have food-drinks.. wonderful night life!

Nothing to write about

Although we had our doubts when booking this hotel at first, the reviews about it gave us confidence. Every review of it turned to be outright true. The hotel has a history and the area around where it is situated is so very beautiful. Arda is a lovely soul to talk to. He had taken good care of us for all the time that we were there. I'd certainly recommend this place for a family with kids and with no doubt book here again for my next visit to Antalya!

The stay at the hotel was perfect to be honest.

The hotel manager, Arda, was incredibly welcoming and charismatic. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and welcomed us in the traditional Turkish way. We arrived a bit earlier than our check-in time and he was very accommodating and prepared the room for us earlier without any hassle. We were also told a lot about the fascinating history of the hotel and even did a bit of fortune-telling using the Turkish tea method. Over all it was an absolute pleasure staying at the hotel and I would highly recommend this place.

We could hear our neighbours listening to music at 23:30. So not really sound proof. But earplugs saved the experience.

I liked that the place is very unique. The total atmosphere and the vibe, nice welcome guests tradition. Nice experience__)))

We loved staying here- Ardi was super friendly and helped us with any request we had to make our stay as comfort and easy as possible. The rooms are very comfortable and nice- we were welcomed with some tea and we felt more like staying with a family then being in a hotel. The location is also amazing- very central with lots of cafes and restaurants around and easy to get to the Harbour or into the city. Highly recommend to come and see it for yourself.
