EVERYTHING!!!! Hotel interiors were nice, staff were so friendly and polite always ready to assist you with anything you need. Breakfast buffet was the best with a lot of varieties. I was so glad I chose this hotel for my vacation.

Car park entrance is very narrow if you are not a good manouvering driver, but that was not a problem for me personally.

I rented a car and the location was very good as it is between Fatih and Eyup, both offer services. Car park was safe and underground. Staff were polite and helpful. I asked for a balcony room and was given (subject to availability). WiFi is strong.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The cleanliness of the hotel exceeded my expectations; the rooms were spotless, and the daily housekeeping ensured everything was refreshed and tidy. They also refilled the complimentary water bottles every day, which was truly appreciated. The professionalism and politeness of the staff stood out during my stay. They were not only efficient in addressing any issues, such as the temporary internet outage, but also provided hotspot access in the lobby for us to use. The hotel's convenient location near the tram station, just a 2-3 minute walk away, made exploring the city incredibly easy and accessible. From the moment we arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The level of service and amenities offered made my stay truly enjoyable. It’s an amazing hotel, very clean in a very quiet neighbourhood very close to so many things to visit 30 minutes from the airport Great communication with the hotel before I arrived they met my expectation Great customer service very professional whenever you ask for anything you never hear the word No. you always here I see what I can do they go on and beyond to make things happen for you.
