Stayed in room 1011 - Suite Room with a View which came with a terrace on top of the room. View from the terrace and the room was beautiful however don’t think worth the price extra from Suite Room. As the terrace became a very public terrace as other guests ignore the gate and the fact that this was supposed to be private terrace for room 1011 only. Their footsteps / rearranging of furniture early morning / late night could be heard from the room which had disturbed our sleeps. There was nothing the staff could do so we had to constantly ask people to leave, some less willingly than others so had to argue when they refuse to leave. So unless the hotel replace the gate with a locked gate or another way to ensure the terrace is private it’s not worth the extra cost from Suite to Suite with a View.

The daily breakfast was excellent with selection of breads/simit, cheeses, spreads etc. We especially liked the turkish scrambled and boiled eggs. Additionally, the view of valley and balloons were added bonus. Staff at reception and terrace were very friendly and attentive.

Nothing really - only downside was Uchisar doesn't really have the same level of amenities as Goreme. But it's a quiet town.

Location was quiet which was good but that came at the cost of distance from Goreme which has more amenities. But view from the hotel and room in general were spectacular. Hotel breakfast was hearty and had good variety. Staff were always accommodating with our requests, their restaurant recommendation was top notch and we really appreciate the free upgrade.

The only disadvantage is that they don't have a downtown area that is accessible by foot. I wish they would provide free shuttle service to Goreme since that's the closest town.

The property was beautiful and the staff was so kind and helpful. Their breakfast was delicious. They upgraded us to a room with a pool and the other room with a jacuzzi so it made our stay extra special. Additionally, they were able to squeeze in last minute excursions as well as move around activities based on our needs. They even were able to bring in massage services to our rooms. I highly recommend them!

The restaurant wasn’t up to standards of this hotel for an evening meal. Slow service and average food. The drinks took ages and it seemed like it had not been open long. The wasps are a big issue during breakfast which is a shame as it was so nice.

Mustafa was great and could not have done anymore. Outstanding service and super helpful! The room was exceptional, clean and attention to detail was great. They have done a great job with the design and private terraces are a treat. The breakfast was fantastic, the best one we had in cappadocia by far!

This is THE ONLY place to stay in Cappadocia ! Now I know there are many exquisite cave hotels to stay in the area but what puts this one above the rest is Ozlem & her staff including Furkan & Mustafa ! Their attention to detail, customer service & overall warm spirits made this the right choice for my 50th Birthday! From the minute I emailed Ozlem, she was so kind and ensured me they would stop at nothing to be sure my 50th birthday was super special! My pre-birthday dinner at their @millocal_restaurant_cappadocia was delicious and the surprise, custom birthday cake by @my.breadd was just another example of their exceptional guest service. Oh & the breakfast included for every guest is a feast for a QUEEN! I’ll be dreaming about this forever! If you are looking for a meticulous cave hotel, with amazing views of the valleys & hot air balloons, delicious food, Turkish baths & the best guest services….then Millstone Cave & Suites is your only choice! Nothing, everyone was absolutely fabulous.

The room was spacious and beautiful, the views were stunning, and the staff was welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was the most delicious breakfast I've ever had and I'd come back for this alone. My friend and I scheduled taxis, tours, and dinner through the hotel staff with ease. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, don't pass it up.

You have to take a taxi to go into the villages and towns. Would be nice if the hotel could do a drop off and pick up at certain times.

Beautiful setting and interior decorating with stunning views. Beds were very comfortable. First hotel with a better pillow than mine that i always take with. Loved having a hand shower as part of the overhead shower. Mustafa Kemal was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. It was good chatting to him every time. He would enquire about how our day tours were and takes interest in his guests. Thank you for doing our flight on line check in.

Booking an executive suite doesn't mean you will get the executive suite displayed by booking.com. (Apparently they have more than one executive suite.) This can be confusing so, be sure to verify with the staff when you are booking, what exact room you wish to have. Every room in this hotel is beautiful, however you may not get the view or layout you were planning on. Communicate in advance. The staff really works to make sure you are happy and this is a big pro in hospitality, and I'm very thankful for their generous efforts to make sure we were happy. We will be back hopefully sooner than later.

Gorgeous hotel!! İmpressive views, beautiful design and decor,, kind and accommodating staff, and the BEST breakfasts I've ever had in Turkey. İn addition they would come and make a fire to keep our room warm and cozy each night. ( By the way, did I mention this place is very romantic!) Also, it was my husband's birthday and reception surprised him with a cake in-room for us to celebrate him. Really nice touches!! We are so happy we stayed here!

the only critique I would give is, it would be good to have a full length mirror in the standard room.

loved everything about millstone cave suites, the rooms were so clean, facilities excellent. The staff went out of their way to make sure everything we asked for was facilitated. They organised taxis for us anything we needed, made restaurant reservations any time, they organised private Cappadocia tour all within v reasonable rates. We had an issue with our flight home and they resolved this for us. The breakfast was one of the highlights of Millstone, everything was so fresh and tasty. The restaurant staff once again so facilitating and attentive. On our last day there, they even organised lunch for us from their restaurant which ended up being complimentary 🥹 The views are amazing from Millstone and some very cool chill areas to enjoy the views too! also side note, the coffee was so tasty and body lotion was amazing quality. I also really enjoyed the underfloor heating in our room. My only regret is not staying in one of the bigger rooms to enhance my experience!! thank you Millstone and the reception staff for making our stay in Cappadocia so magical and worthwhile 😍

The hotel is exceptional. The rooms are beautiful and well furnished, the view of the terrace is very good. You can enjoy a cup of tea at the terrace. The view of the hotel is also nice since you can have a look at the ballons during sunrise. The staff is nice, helpful and smiling. The Turkish breakfast is delicious and the products are fresh.

A small thing that didn’t ruin the stay. The cave room was very hot and poorly ventilated, which made it difficult to sleep. We were given a fan and dehumidifier, which helped a lot, but wasn’t ideal. Due to the lack of ventilation in the bathroom, black mould had built up on the bathroom walls, this needs to be addressed.

Beautifully designed rooms, every detail is impeccable, comfortable beds, very helpful staff, amazing and huge breakfast, magical views of the balloons each morning and good location for access to points of interests/hikes. we really enjoyed our stay, thank you.

The water was cut for a couple hour last days, we’d have appreciated a compensation or late check out offer as we were not able to use the bathroom or shower. It was not possible to sleep at night and morning due to noise made by other clients, unfortunately the staff didn’t want to warn the customers.

We had great stay at this hotel, the rooms are clean beautiful and confortable with great views. Delicious breakfast. The shuttle to the restaurant was a big plus. Definately recommend it.

No food is served at the hotel. Basically no food room service. The hotel owned a sister restaurant a few hundred meters away. They gave us free rides whenever we wanted to go to the restaurant which was great. But I think a small food and drink service from the actual hotel is a must. I look forward to this improvement on my next visit.

The staff was absolutely wonderful, young, bright, and always smiling and ready to help. Breakfast was incredible, and morning coffee was great. The rooms and toilets were clean and super comfortable to use. Incredible views nearly from all parts of the hotel. Great choice. No regrets.

I would suggest adding a step around the shower area to stop water from running back and all over the bath tub area. also, this is personal, but I would substitute 2 high pillows for 1 high and 1 low, so people can adapt. other than that, nothing to add! wonderful experience

Access to the property was tricky

The upper rooms provide a great view to Goreme and the valley, including the air balloons. Extremely friendly staff. Location is very good, a stone-throw away from great restaurants and the Uchisar castle
