Very near to the main attractions: Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Museum, and also near to town, tram station. Just s walking distance. The host, Faruk is warm, helpful and accommodating. Love the breakfast, simple but delicious. Room is confortable.

WiFi was unreliable, didn't work half the time. It was usually ok during the day but not at night. This was a constant for a few days, not a one-time issue. The room is in need of maintenance, maybe a thorough overhaul. If flaking walls, scruffy fixtures and an occasional hair turn you off, pick another place. In the mornings, smells from downstairs (cooking and cigarette smoke) would pass through my upper-floor room. The room is small, fine for one person, but would be too tight for two.

Fantastic location, close to a tram stop and walking distance from major tourist attractions. Friendly staff. Nice big window and a comfortable bed. Reasonably clean, with daily cleaning. Cute kittens out front.

Location is very good. Tram stop, Hagia Sophia and Sultanahmet are near. Walking distance to ferry boats and spice bazaar. Faruk was very friendly and helpful. Everything was easy to deal with him when our flight was late. Breakfast was basic but ok. We liked the cozy atmosphere of this place. Could easily go back again😊

The bathroom could be a little cleaner…

Little hotel with amazing location near all of the main places and historical monuments. Tramway, shopping, restaurants - everything is just a few meters from hotel. Location is quiet, the staff is very nice, breakfast was so tasty. Cute cats are all around and they also have a little house in front of hotel. Nice place to stay. It was not luxurious, but the price-quality ratio was fine. We liked it there.

Staying at this cozy hotel in Istanbul was a delightful experience. Its convenient location made exploring the city a breeze, and the welcoming staff added a personal touch to our stay. The highlight, though, was undoubtedly the delicious breakfasts served each morning. Highly recommend!

There is no left in the hotel And the stairs were a bit tight

The location was perfect Staff was friendly Thank you, Mr Farouk; he was helpful and friendly; our check-in didn't take more than 5 minutes. The sweet was a big room with a roomy terrace with a beautiful scene you can see Sultan Ahmed Mosque, Ayah Sofia and Gulhane Park from it.

The staff kind a bit of racist, as we’re not a turkish people. When we request to clean up a bit the room, she do not cleaned up properly and put the new towel untidely. Hope can improve!

The only mistake during our stay was that in our room one corner, and the bathroom ceiling was covered with mold. However, we told the staff, and after 5 minutes a bigger, compleatly clean room was immediatlely given to us.

The rooms are very small. The furniture is a bit old, in general the rooms need some renovation work. The drain hole in the shower was clogged and the water got accumulated on the shower floor. Also there's no light inside the shower cabin. There were no bulbs in the wall lamps next to the bed - I informed the owner, he promised to fix the issue but unfortunately this problem was not solved during my stay. Also there's a smell constantly coming from the bathroom - I mostly kept the door closed. The stairs between the floors are a bit challenging - you should be very careful when using them.

I loved the location and the staff: the hotel is not easy to find, it's in a small and narrow yard, you have to go down the steps. First time I arrived there, the taxi driver left me on the main street saying he couldn't drive closer to the hotel, so I struggled a bit trying to define the hotel's exact location, a man passing by asked whether I needed any help, then he showed me the location of the hotel. The location of the hotel is just perfect - you can just walk to many main tourist places. There are many cafes, restaurants and mini markets nearby. The personnel - Mr Faroukh and the lady who was cleaning the rooms and preparing breakfast were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily, the towels can be changed upon request. Breakfasts were very good + you can fill bottles with water from the water dispenser. I also loved that the room had a refrigerator and kettle with cups and glasses. The reception area is very cozy - I loved the art corner with books, drawings and glass crafts. The hotel is located in a quiet place - we had a comfortable sleep. As a cat person I loved the presence of beautiful cats there.

Cleaning is not 100%. I didn’t complain as I was coming only to sleep. But I did discuss with management and they apologised. Other then that it’s perfect place to live.
