Wi-fi in my room was soo bad. You cannot stay connected more than 1 minute literally. After a minute you need to reconnect. Meanwhile in lobby wifi is good and if you will be lucky you can connect to it from your room. The door in bathroom wasn’t able to close, but it is not a big deal if you’re traveling alone. Generally staff is good and polite, but there is one man (who mostly works night shifts) who shouted at me in Turkish after I asked a simple question. I am not sure that he even understood what I needed but it was so weird.

Clean room, comfortable bed, good breakfast. Location is also very good. There are a lot of small cafes and grocery stores around. Close to the Izban station and to Izmir railway station. It’s not far to go to main attractions. It a good option for these money.

There were too many mosquitos in our room.

Very clean, spacious and cozy rooms. Excellent breakfast and the stuff was very helpful and friendly. There is a taxi parking close to the building and a mini market next to it.

Thin walls- can hear everything from adjacent rooms! Front entrance faces from entrance of a hospital emergency wing.

The breakfast options were limited and it was overall plain, got bored of it quickly.

Next to the beautiful Kulturpark. Comfy rooms, 10' next to the metro which takes you directly to the airport. We good leave our luggage at the hall for couple of hours after checking out.

Air con stops after 10 min which forced me to use the remote quite a lot in order to maintain a decent temperature in the room The bathroom is terrible, the toilet paper holder falls from the wall and the shower door is so rusty at the bottom, that I didn't take a shower. Soundproof really bad I could hear everything from the street but also from the other rooms.

Took money from my credit cards a deposit 3 weeks before l was due to arrive. Enduring bank charges and international fees. Although l selected to pay cash on arrival. Very noisy because of hospital opposite, blue lights flashing ALL night and bins being emptied at 5.30am. Grumpy night staff on reception on arrival after long flight and delays is no what you want.

Comfortable bed and clean room. Friendly day staff. Basic breakfast. Good for one night stay not longer. Value for money. Shops and restaurants are next to hotel.

Nothing. The property is a bit old but everything still functions perfectly. Except the TV bcos maybe i dont know how to turn it on, but that was not a problem because I was not there to watch TV

Great location. The closest train station is Hilal (which has metro and izban line) and is only a 5-min walk from the hotel as compared to Basmane (10 min walk). It is also near to many local restaurants, pharmacies and hospitals (the hotel is just few feet away from the hospital’s emergency entrance). The manager (who I am assuming is the owner) was very accommodating to all my requests, and he is also very friendly. Roomkeeping is done daily which is very good.

at first day at 10.30 (breakfast till 11:00) there was little food, and we needed to ask to cut and cook some. but the stuff is great they manage everything and we didn’t remain hungry)) I think that’s because we visited Izmir in a low season in spring.

simple room, not too varied breakfast, but it’s enough, good location. many cafes and shops nearby. there’s a big park to take a walk.
