Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

RussiaHotel needs refurbishment. Room floor was very dirty when we arrived. On our claim manager was disappointed and came himself to wash floors. After washing floor in the bathroom I mentioned that there is dirt in the room. Manager suggested me to wipe the floor in the room since he could not see where he dirt was. That was the best offer I got during my trip.
There is a lift in the hotel and couple of parking slots near it. Low price.

We had a great stay at Mini Fuar Hotel! The room has everything (closet, blankets, air conditioner, refrigerator, kettle, etc.) in order to rest and sleep well. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. Overall, Mini Hotel definitely exceeded our expectations positively. We will definitely be revisiting!

United KingdomA cramped up tiny room with old and broken furniture. toilet is not only small but everything is literally non function or broken. The shower head was broken and water leaks all the time. But more than anything the old, dumb stench could not allow me to breathe so I checked out within 60min and rented a different hotel.

United StatesThe hotel is located on a dusty back street, with many car repair, motorcycle part shops with hardly a foot of even pavement or sidewalk. Other than the polite front desk, who tried to help despite his poor English ,I was very uncomfortable staying in this place for four nights, even when I tried to change room. The room was hardly ever cleaned over 4 days,, bed was made without fresh sheets and used towels were refolded and placed on the bed. The floor was neither swept or mopped, until I specifically asked for it, yet the cleaning women (who also doubled as the 'breakfast' manager) mopped part of the room, without sweeping first. Bed side light did not work. Bathroom is tiny, odd shaped with cranky shower door, with no place to place soap or shampoo. You have to sit on the toilet sideways, lest you are very short, or you will bruise the knees with the wash basin. Very poor construction, with cement and caulking cracked and unfinished corners and poor layout! Breakfast was hardly to brag about. No juice, no choice of teas or coffee. Very basic, with some scrambled eggs, no choice of bread, no juice. no selection of coffee or tea, and few slices of cucumber, tomatoes and only one type of cheese and olives. Very bad for a Turkish style breakfast! If you just want to sleep and do not care for the details and comforts, than it is an OK place. For Europeans and North Americans, it is not up to Par. Therefore I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. You will not be very pleased! Polite front desk man. No one else spoke English (not that there was anyone else visible over four days - except the cleaning woman/breakfast manager) Otherwise hardly any other staff, and very few guests in a hotel with barely 16 rooms.
NOTHING!!! Whoever rated this hotel as 'very good' or exceptional, was either blind or simply lying! There was nothing ''good'' about this joint!

UkraineI dont know who puts to this hotel rating 8 on booking! It is far far over-rated, because in reality it is Very old and dirty. In the room I found near the bed the things from previous guests and I could not understand , was the room cleaned after them, or they just let me in after they checked out. The bathroom was so old and dirty with black mold... I could nt make myself to take shower there... I could hardly wait till morning to check out and change to normal hotel

SlovakiaWhen we arrived, the man at the reception wanted our HES codes, which is something like turkish version of covid pass. We didnt have it, he told us what to do and how to get it (send sms with your details to a specific phone number). It didnt work with our phones, so he did it with his. Thanks. Wifi was the best I have experienced in Turkey. Breakfast was okay, location was perfect, room was nice with balcony.
