    Very good value for money

There is a swimming pool where you can go with children and the other one for adults only. The first one is always crowded and it can be difficult to find sunbeds as people with no kids also spend time there. On the other hand, the area around the pool for adults only is almost empty. If you tell families that they cannot take kids there, you should tell people with no kids to stay at the adults only one. Then any of the places would be crowded or do no call it an adult only place. Cleaning staff should get some training. They sometimes took out rubbish from only one litter. They brought us a bathrobe after a few days of our stay ( why would we want only one and after a few days?). Terrible smell from the bathroom.

Excellent organisation of the hotel. Staff meeting you at the arrival and showing around the hotel. The area around the hotel is like a small village - you will find everything you need. You are never hungry or thirsty, you have fun, you can even buy some souvenirs or clothes. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Towels and bedding is changed every two days which is fine. Wonderful swimming pools. Great fun. There is a playground for kids. Private beach with a bar is something we did not expect to be so fantastic. You can not only have something to drink there but also have lunch. You had better take special shoes to the beach.

    1. Unpleasant check-in experience. The reception lady greeted us in russian, and once she saw we are not one of them, she lost any interest in us. The second lady took our procedure, but only when I asked to be taken into account. Afterward, we spent about 50 minutes to get a quiet room after 4 tries. 2. Cleaning - in short - no tip, no fresh towels. I will tip only when I'm satisfied, not to get them. I had to self service from the third day with the towels. 3. Check-out - fast, easy and cold. No greeting, not a polite hope to see you again, or how was your stay. 4. Maintenance of the gym and play area is close to 0. 5. For the staff, a smile on their faces and a greeting cost nothing but make you feel welcome. 6. For a 5 stars hotel, they have a lot to improve in services. Indeed, they checked all the boxes to have the certificate, but it's a matter of a whole experience and package to worth it.

    1. The two pools are nice and clean, with plenty of sunbeds and sunshade. 2. The food is nicely arranged, and the staff is doing properly the task they are assigned to. 3. There are plenty of drinks and are served all over the hotel. Cocktails are good and can be customized on your like. The natural drinks are too sweet for my taste. 4. The private beach is very close and properly maintained. My list of less positive comments is only to highlight what is lacking and could be easily improved to increase the experience. For me, for the money I paid, I didn't have high expectations, but for you, it might. Overall I think that I received a very good package for the money. In the full summer, maybe the rating would change.

At the reception 3 womans, receptionists didn't know how to use a POS. Tvey didn't spoke English.. only Russian. Bed smell in the bathrooms, poor quality of the breakfast. Dinner was good. I can say it's a 4 star hotel, not 5 stars.

I've liked the room,, the garden, the sun.

Table mats in eating area were dirty most of the time. Queue to the grill was way too long. Restaurant was far from the eating area. Queues to the bar were too long, barmans looked also fed up with it...

Swimming pool was clean and not overcrowded. View and swimming pool location was really nice. Room was big and comfortable. Kids loved the foam party. Most of the staff were super friendly and helpful.

The rooms and equipment are a little outdated, the cleanliness is not up to standards, but the good thing is that if something is broken in the room, the staff immediately fixes or replaces everything

Very spacious hotel with beautiful garden and pools. Good size room with very comfortable beds. Large variety of delicious food and drinks. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to hotel manager Iraklis for extraordinary hospitality, concierge Ibrahim for fantastic service, showman Roma for entertaining, SPA guys for amazing Turkish bath experience and massage and tour operator Albina for fantastic and unforgettable trips. Your care made me feel special.

I didn't dislike anything, but this is for improvement of the hotel. The housekeeping staff doesn't work as they supposed to do. Only when their manager was present, then they worked. Without the manager, they cleaned the room, took our towels, but didn't give new towels and didn't give new toilet papers. The toilet in the restaurant was not clean, and it stayed unclean during my stay. But the toilet elsewhere was clean. The breakfast was not impressed anymore, when there were less guests, but I can understand this very well from an economic point of view.

I can only recommend this hotel. I had ultra all inclusive offer and I couldn't complain about anything. Everything was going just so well. With the price we got, I can only say, I will come back to this hotel. All the bars, restaurants, foods, all services and gym are just great.

The bed was uncomfortable The hotel needs a upgrade, little dated The gym was full of very old, rusty equipment that didn’t work The drinks were very poor quality and very limited, such as no fizzy wine or dark spirits available but you could “buy” decent wine for £25 Breakfast options were very limited, no gluten free bread available. None of the expected figs, dates, nuts seeds etc The American bar did not open every day and even when it did only opens for 2 hours.. so we didn’t get to play pool more than once!

The seperate pools Plenty of different areas to sit/eat/relax The spa was good

I've read a few bad reviews about this place, but I do not believe they are valid at all. People are complaining it's not a 5 star facility, but I believe you need to take that into context, it's not a 5 star hotel in Paris or Switzerland & you aren't paying those prices either. I don't have any complaints about this place. I will definitely come back.

This place is great, the staff are helpful & friendly & it's incredible value for money. There is always a lot of entertainment available & the food was delicious with a lot of variety.

For a 5 stars hotel I expected a better room furniture and better cleaning standards. The furniture in our room was pretty old and you can see dust almost at every corner even after daily cleaning. The bed mattress wasn't very comfortable. I expected a more Turkish traditional food and desserts.

The location is very nice especially for someone who wants to relax and do little activities. Also if you are looking for activities, you will find a lot to do in the area. The staff were very friendly. The pools, gardens and outdoor facilities were always clean. It's close to the Beach and a small shopping area. The room was spacious with a see view balcony. 2 big pools, one of them has a great mountain view. The food was generally very good with good variety of dishes at every meal. You will be covered with food from early morning to late night. The grill was only available at dinner. You can exchange your euros or dollars at the reception at good rates.

I can't fault the place, excellent hotel, clean comfortable room and the food was lovely, on arrival the porter took the cases to the room and then ilkin gave us a tour around the complex and explained everything, on top of that value for money, decent drink... definitely worth a visit

We weren't impressed with the room cleaners. They made the bed and swept the floor, but that was about it. Had to ask for more loo roll and towels. We cleaned the cups and bathroom. Didn't bother complaining as all the staff were so nice and we were there less than a week. In hindsight, maybe we should have mentioned it. There was a fridge in the room and a kettle, which was good. Remember your teabags. Our taxi was not present when we arrived at the airport. We paid €70 to get to the hotel. Journey took an hour. I think it was down to booking.com giving taxi wrong flight details. Make sure you book your transfers in advance and check details are correct. Using hotel for transfers is probably safest.

Hotel was good. We were given a tour by one of the staff. This was helpful as the place is large. Lovely pool areas. Food was good. There was always somewhere to eat. Even late super between 11pm and 01.30am, you could get soup chips, etc. The disco went on until 2am and also served food. Rooms were nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Spa facility was welcoming and massages we had were appreciated and a good price.we went back for a second one! Booking.com rep, Albina, was also helpful and gave good honest advice. Going out of school holidays made it more peaceful. I would imagine it's a great place for families. The pools for the kids were great. Entertainment was fun. beach is between 5 and 10 minutes walk. Private beds and cafe. The area has shops for anything you would need on a holiday. The bus to Kemer was 15 minutes, costing €1each way. Bargain. Kemer is a large town with the beach and mariner. Very nice.

I didn't like the attitude of the Sultan,s Bar manager who,s short height with white Shirt, they guy is none friendly and rude like he doesn't want to be there when you ask him something he just nods his head and points. Also the guy with ponytail who's in charge of beach towels down stairs i went and asked him for a beach towel and he's said in rude way that we don't have towels left but 10 minutes later I went again asked another worker and he gave me straight away with a good manner.

Everything was OK. I loved the food and salad very fresh salad but I didn't like the dogs running around while I'm eating .

One of the drawbacks, the location denoted in the description is not Antalya, it is 1 hour by taxi from the airport in a small town of Kiris. The condition of the gym in the hotel is quite sad, sometimes even dangerous to use. The running track was moving backwards (when it was not supposed to), all the training sets were dusty and rusty, there was also too little space. Maybe this is because of the off-season timing of our trip, but still it was not what we expected.

I loved the stay in this hotel, it was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, sometimes even too helpful. We took 4 excursions for a family and enjoyed all of them! We had some reschedulings due to the weather conditions, but in the end everything went perfect! Albina, the manager, was helping us with every step relating the excursions. The cleaning staff are doing amazing job, every day you can see men and women working hard on every milimeter of the territory, they deserve the greatest praise. We also used spa services at the hotel. Massage was nice, done professionally. The food was great, especially loved the variety and the invited cooks who were serving traditional food. The drinks at the bar were always tasty, and the guys at the bar never failed to syrprise us with their cocktails. We went to karaoke almost every day, it was a great experience, but the technical equipment must be upgraded, because the current equipment distorts the quality of sound. The events were wonderful, every day something new, cool discos and parties, also transfers to the Inferno club, that was a highlight of our nightlife during the stay. Big thanks to the entertainment chief Roma for all the hard work he was doing.

They closed the quiet pool half of our stay. Also 3 nights with out any entertainment for children and families. Very disappointed and nothing to do in evening with small children, so just chilled in room. Shows and entertainment is always something young children look forward to in the evening, upset child and bored. Very Run down beach area and bar, looked like might be ok for summer as they are working on it. Sea is beautiful, shame about the set up by the hotel at beach. It could be so lovely with a tiny bit of effort.

The rooms where lovely size, nice pools. Good food and lovely staff. The Spa was brilliant, staff are great. Treatmenta were amazing and well worth every penny. Very welcoming to children.

My wife and I went on October 11 at 5:00 pm at the Grand Miramor Hotel SPA for a massage and sauna & spa procedures. Initially, we were promised, that I would have a man, and she would have a woman who would carry out the procedures, but in the end this turned out not to be the case. After we returned to the room, my wife told me that your specialist allowed himself more than he should: he tried to remove the bra from my wife, and after refusing, he said, well, take it off yourself in front of me, to which he also received a refusal and was dissatisfied. This type of behavior is unacceptable for a massage therapist, and it appears that he has no fear for his actions. At the hotel reception, after talking with the administrator and the girl at the reception, I realized that this was not the first time he behaved like this. The administrator told me, that SPA is not part of the Grand Miramor Hotel and gave me the contact of their Director (Arif). I contacted him, described the case and asked him to take the action and prevent the cases of harassment in their massage centers. I haven't got any update from his side or The Hotel's side yet, that's why I put my comment here. So, I didn't recommend using this SPA or any SPA procedure at this Hotel, because the Hotel doesn't be responsible for their personnel.

My main problem was that water was always cold in the morning. Besides that other minor inconveniences were: indoor pool's water was cold and steam sauna was never working, half of the meals had great main course in them but the other half were meh.

Staff were friendly and polite. I liked the overall vibe of the place. It has an outdoor pool which is very clean. It has air conditioner in the room. There's a sauna. Food and snacks are almost always available. I enjoyed the sweets a lot. It has free parking on premise.

Some of the advertised amenities were out of service or not offered at the times we tried to use it, with little information available in English or any other language as to when the amenity would be open again. This goes for the pool bar, the steam room, the beach bar, etc. Many of these facilities had podiums at the entrance with notices in English, Turkish, Russian and German about opening times, which was clearly out of date. On Booking.com our room was supposed to have a bath. It didn't. After complaining we were shown a room with a bath, which was caged inside a glass enclosure with an opening only wide enough for a baby to pass through unhindered. We passed on that. The WiFi was off for one whole day, as luck would have it, on the day I had to do an important Zoom call. Luckily Vodafone stepped up and provided fast 4G. The cats. At every meal you are accosted by very hungry cats begging for scraps, often scratching you to get your attention or loudly fighting with other cats. Management should sterilise them to keep the population to half of what it is now, at least. Music. At breakfast, lunch, dinner and in-between the music in the restaurant is ALWAYS the same four tracks of suicidal American Blues. Oh dear. I recommend wearing noise-cancelling earphones! The toilets in the common areas are abysmal. Always wet, never any toilet paper. Why? The restaurant floor is greasy as hell. Don't wear shoes that don't offer loads of grip! Why? People feed the cats on the floor and they don't lick the floor clean afterwards. What happens next is that staff come with dry mops to spread the greasy food residue around evenly. By the end of the season the floor is a slip hazard. If the upper deck restaurant happens to be open, rather dine there. The gym is well stocked with loads of equipment. Shame that more than half of it is broken.

The weather was superb except for 2 rainy days out of 23. The staff are friendly, but don't understand English, so the onus is on the tourist to learn Turkish or Russian. We chose Turkish, and with the aid of Google Translate we didn't have much difficulty. The views of the mountain are stunning and the excursions offered by the visiting reps are good value for money. The room was kept in immaculate condition. Room cleaning is first rate. We had our first ever Turkish hamam experience in the basement of the hotel. It amounted to a Turkish bath, massage, face peel and sauna for €40. We have no idea how this package compares with other venues, but we felt very good afterwards and thought it money and time well spent. There is a taxi rank next to the hotel, with an intercom just outside reception. The trek to the "private" beach is more than 250m which is great as it satisfies my Apple Watch's demand for daily steps taken. The sea has virtually no waves (its the Eastern Med after all) and the water is very clear and warm.
