Food was repetitive and could be improved. Food needs to be classified Veg or non Veg which wasn’t there, colour coding of food can be done.

The property, activities arrangement, size, location. Most liked the room decorations, it was fabulous.

The Hotel was clean but it could use quite some renovations. The garden in the whole hotel area was not very taken care of. 95% of the hotel guests were Russians. There was a lot of food on offer but sometimes not very appetizing, especially since there were a lot of people who touched food and then put it back again. There is no one from the hotel to supervise the buffet.

Staff was very friendly, beach was clean and the water was excellent. Having a bar on the beach which was only for Hotel guest was great and also the possibility to get free drinks on the beach was very nice.

Lacked cleanliness. Shower condition was pathetic. No warm water was coming and even after repated complaints it was not fixed. Due to this my kids and wife caught cold which ruined my trip...

I would have liked a heated pool especially for the kids. The water was quite cold. The rooms can be cleaned more.

The staff is really really friendly. The surroundings of the hotel is amazing in-between the mountains (very nice nature). Many pools, facilities (spa, pools, kids club, beach club, many restaurants, kids activities and night activities) and activities. Very vibrant and nice atmosphere for kids and adults. Very nice food , a lot of varieties every day including nice drinks. The spa and the message are amazing and highly recommend.

The rooms and gear could use a bit of an update, and the cleanliness in the rooms doesn't always hit the mark. Also, we were hoping for a bit more in terms of traditional Turkish food and desserts. All in all, it's a great spot with just a few areas that could use a polish.

This hotel definitely has its charms, starting with its cozy spot with a gorgeous garden and inviting pools. The SPA is a nice touch, and the daily show programs keeps things lively. You won't go hungry or thirsty here thanks to the extensive variety of food and drinks available. Just a short five-minute stroll will get you to a lovely pebble beach with sun beds, which stays spotless due to the hardworking staff. Big shoutout to all the hotel personnel for their warm and attentive service, and a special nod to managers Irakli and Ibrahim for their top-notch hospitality. Props also to tour operator Albina for putting together some really cool trips.

The Russians seemed to be the most popular guest there, not much English is spoken by the reception people and most of the other staff except for a few of them. Only one Bar open most of the time, and then there was only one person ever serving, so sometimes there would be a queue waiting for cocktails etc, It would have been better if the beer pumps were turned around, so the guest could serve their own beer and the bar waiter would only have to make the cocktails. The eating area is really really self service, you have to take a tray, choice your food from different areas then walk 30 metres into the restaurant area and pickup your cutlery and sit-down somewhere. There was plenty of food but not of the best quality or not to my liking, the desert cakes tasted much of the same sweetness. The Gym is a Danger Zone, weights lying about everywhere, machines not working because of lack of metal pins for the weight adjustments, a couple of machines with metal pins jammed in them so will not operate. Nobody seems to look after the Gym area, it should be checked regular for safety reasons before somebody has an accident. Entertainment in the evening was very poor, only saw one male singer twice in two weeks, he was quite good. The rest of the evenings they seemed to play silly games on a stage area. The American Bar opened from 9pm to 11pm but not everyday, and only had one pool table, so was hard to get a game if a group of Russians were in there.

Good quiet location with mountains behind and short walk to the hotel beach and bar, nice room overlooking the pool and gardens. Good area for me to go cycling in different directions. Everywhere kept neat and tidy. For a inclusive Hotel at the price you can stay there, it is worth it , but don't expect a 5 Star experience.

The staff Mr. Ibrahim was very helpful . But there was mismanagement as they did overbooking and lot of delay in getting the room. First day the room provided was not good at all. Next day onwards it was fairly ok.

There is a swimming pool where you can go with children and the other one for adults only. The first one is always crowded and it can be difficult to find sunbeds as people with no kids also spend time there. On the other hand, the area around the pool for adults only is almost empty. If you tell families that they cannot take kids there, you should tell people with no kids to stay at the adults only one. Then any of the places would be crowded or do no call it an adult only place. Cleaning staff should get some training. They sometimes took out rubbish from only one litter. They brought us a bathrobe after a few days of our stay ( why would we want only one and after a few days?). Terrible smell from the bathroom.

Excellent organisation of the hotel. Staff meeting you at the arrival and showing around the hotel. The area around the hotel is like a small village - you will find everything you need. You are never hungry or thirsty, you have fun, you can even buy some souvenirs or clothes. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Towels and bedding is changed every two days which is fine. Wonderful swimming pools. Great fun. There is a playground for kids. Private beach with a bar is something we did not expect to be so fantastic. You can not only have something to drink there but also have lunch. You had better take special shoes to the beach.

1. Unpleasant check-in experience. The reception lady greeted us in russian, and once she saw we are not one of them, she lost any interest in us. The second lady took our procedure, but only when I asked to be taken into account. Afterward, we spent about 50 minutes to get a quiet room after 4 tries. 2. Cleaning - in short - no tip, no fresh towels. I will tip only when I'm satisfied, not to get them. I had to self service from the third day with the towels. 3. Check-out - fast, easy and cold. No greeting, not a polite hope to see you again, or how was your stay. 4. Maintenance of the gym and play area is close to 0. 5. For the staff, a smile on their faces and a greeting cost nothing but make you feel welcome. 6. For a 5 stars hotel, they have a lot to improve in services. Indeed, they checked all the boxes to have the certificate, but it's a matter of a whole experience and package to worth it.

1. The two pools are nice and clean, with plenty of sunbeds and sunshade. 2. The food is nicely arranged, and the staff is doing properly the task they are assigned to. 3. There are plenty of drinks and are served all over the hotel. Cocktails are good and can be customized on your like. The natural drinks are too sweet for my taste. 4. The private beach is very close and properly maintained. My list of less positive comments is only to highlight what is lacking and could be easily improved to increase the experience. For me, for the money I paid, I didn't have high expectations, but for you, it might. Overall I think that I received a very good package for the money. In the full summer, maybe the rating would change.

At the reception 3 womans, receptionists didn't know how to use a POS. Tvey didn't spoke English.. only Russian. Bed smell in the bathrooms, poor quality of the breakfast. Dinner was good. I can say it's a 4 star hotel, not 5 stars.

Table mats in eating area were dirty most of the time. Queue to the grill was way too long. Restaurant was far from the eating area. Queues to the bar were too long, barmans looked also fed up with it...

Swimming pool was clean and not overcrowded. View and swimming pool location was really nice. Room was big and comfortable. Kids loved the foam party. Most of the staff were super friendly and helpful.

The rooms and equipment are a little outdated, the cleanliness is not up to standards, but the good thing is that if something is broken in the room, the staff immediately fixes or replaces everything

I didn't dislike anything, but this is for improvement of the hotel. The housekeeping staff doesn't work as they supposed to do. Only when their manager was present, then they worked. Without the manager, they cleaned the room, took our towels, but didn't give new towels and didn't give new toilet papers. The toilet in the restaurant was not clean, and it stayed unclean during my stay. But the toilet elsewhere was clean. The breakfast was not impressed anymore, when there were less guests, but I can understand this very well from an economic point of view.

I can only recommend this hotel. I had ultra all inclusive offer and I couldn't complain about anything. Everything was going just so well. With the price we got, I can only say, I will come back to this hotel. All the bars, restaurants, foods, all services and gym are just great.

The bed was uncomfortable The hotel needs a upgrade, little dated The gym was full of very old, rusty equipment that didn’t work The drinks were very poor quality and very limited, such as no fizzy wine or dark spirits available but you could “buy” decent wine for £25 Breakfast options were very limited, no gluten free bread available. None of the expected figs, dates, nuts seeds etc The American bar did not open every day and even when it did only opens for 2 hours.. so we didn’t get to play pool more than once!

I've read a few bad reviews about this place, but I do not believe they are valid at all. People are complaining it's not a 5 star facility, but I believe you need to take that into context, it's not a 5 star hotel in Paris or Switzerland & you aren't paying those prices either. I don't have any complaints about this place. I will definitely come back.

This place is great, the staff are helpful & friendly & it's incredible value for money. There is always a lot of entertainment available & the food was delicious with a lot of variety.

In night the koridor noise coming inside to room and the nois of outside. In the dinner i didnt like the tray system.

I liked that they had two pools. One is more relax, other is are more children area. I liked that we had a change make a hiking every day, the hiking roads start back of the hotel. I liked that the in pool area had inaf a sun beds. Good sauna in spa.

For a 5 stars hotel I expected a better room furniture and better cleaning standards. The furniture in our room was pretty old and you can see dust almost at every corner even after daily cleaning. The bed mattress wasn't very comfortable. I expected a more Turkish traditional food and desserts.

The location is very nice especially for someone who wants to relax and do little activities. Also if you are looking for activities, you will find a lot to do in the area. The staff were very friendly. The pools, gardens and outdoor facilities were always clean. It's close to the Beach and a small shopping area. The room was spacious with a see view balcony. 2 big pools, one of them has a great mountain view. The food was generally very good with good variety of dishes at every meal. You will be covered with food from early morning to late night. The grill was only available at dinner. You can exchange your euros or dollars at the reception at good rates.
