The room is a bit old, towels and bed settings were old. It was a little cold in the room (we were on the 6th floor) and the blanket is light.

The location is very good and close to all of the clinics. The staff were very nice and helpful. Especially Onur Teprak who was very professional and made our stay nice.

- the room was not clean when came in first day. no coffe no water. the sink in the toilet was not working full water. i stay 11 nights, somedays not clean my room until i remind them - not avaiable options in breakfast like cake or fruits. - the otel ordered normal taxi to the airport. i payed 450 TL about 25 EUR as the taxi man said dealed with otel. altough i saw the price in uber only 250 TL

-the location near to Mecidiyekoy metro 450 m about 6 -10 mins. -the view in my room nice with garden and little far with towers but can be seen from my room window. my reservation was superior douple or twin room

We reserved a room with a king bed, but it was actually 2 single beds connected, which was very uncomfortable...

The stuff is very very kind and helpful! We got the upgraded room for free! Location is great - so many cafes around and also 2 shopping malls!

The cleanliness of the room is quite concerning. During my stay, We discovered several dead cockroaches around the bed. The facilities are in dire need of thorough cleaning

The room we booked had many problems and dirty sheets. As a replacement we were offered another room without a bed for a child, which the porter prepared after much persuasion. Noise isolation in the room is disgusting, the porter allowed to sit under the windows of the room drunken company, which was talking loudly until 2am. The shower worked very badly and the water was barely warm. Wallpaper peeling off moldy walls. The furniture and interior details look very worn out. There was no water or tea in the room, much less the coffee machine promised in the room description. The breakfast buffet consisted of boiled eggs, sausages stewed in sour sauce, cheap ham and three kinds of cheese. There was no fruit, sweets and normal coffee (Turkish or espresso).

The receptionist allowed us to park the car in the driveway of the hotel entrance because we arrived late in the evening.

Everything was absolutely great. The place is so close to the main road, metro station and all the facilities, the stuff is amazing, mr Onur is a great person, so helpful and kind, he helped us constantly and take care about all our needs. The rooms are comfortable and really big, and I also received an upgrade for my room, and all the coffee I needed :)) I surly appreciate all this and I recommend this place if you are looking for a nice and warm stay.

Nice room, the location is quite, good breakfast, nice people. Onur Toprak from the reception was very kind, really efficient, he always helped us when we need help or any information.

Room cleaning service must be improved because they barely ever cleaned and when they did clean the hotel room it wasn’t that well cleaned, two old receptionists must be changed very unprofessional and disrespectful, the one that takes the night shift after 12 was absolutely horrible told me that I give him a headache because I asked him for a towel which wasn’t provided, ac heating couldn’t be turned on because of the very bad smell in them we asked to change our room but they kept moving it to the next day and never gave us another room the fridges never had any water we always had to go downstairs and ask for shampoos towels toilet paper which wasn’t even provided until the next day, I’m very unpleasant and disappointed. Sauna wasn’t even working nor the fitness room.

The location of the property and the two receptions, young guys one of them is called mustafa and I’m not sure of the other guy’s name but he was young aswell very nice and polite helpful and pleasant.

Personal, especially Onur Toprak and Muhammed did their best for our satisfaction. Service was above our expectation, but Rooms need to be repaired - refreshment of rooms highly recomended.
