- This is not a minus, but a feature of the hotel's location. The hotel is located in the very center of the Sultanahmet, during the day there are a lot of tourists, but in the evening the area simply dies out. Therefore, if you want fun and cocktails in the evening, then you should stay in another area. - The food wasn't quite to my taste, but in Istanbul in general isn't exactly my kind of food. Therefore, this is a very subjective comment =))

Service and hospitality was perfect. The hotel staff is very responsive and attentive. The hotel and rooms are very clean and everything is spotless.

This was our first time in Istanbul and in this hotel. And we really enjoyed it. The Mula hotel definitely made our experience more enjoyable. Hotel is very clean and the staff are amazing. Very welcoming and helpful. They told us the best spots to visit here and recommended some great restaurants around. Hotel is in a very nice location because you can basically walk to most of the tourist attractions and everything is very close. Breakfast is on a form of buffet but they can also prepare you food from their breakfast menu. We went to dinner in the hotel once and it was also delicious. Especially the noodles with chicken. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Istanbul!

Property felt rich and cosy . Views are fantastic and had the junior suite which was icing on the cake . The rooms are elegantly appointed. However the staff here is the main attraction here for me. I travel extensively and this probably the best experience I have had. They really treat you like you’re a guest at their wedding! Arfa , the entire reception , volcan , Erkan in the dining along with entire staff is absolutely great . We had booked 3 nights here but extended 3 more nights to enjoy the hospitality here!! If you want to stay in Sultanahmet this is the place to be
