Bed is a bit small but I assume its normal in all hotels in Alacati - no kettle in the room but these are super minor details

This hotel deserves more than 5 stars. The rooms are clean, the location is perfect (5 min to center, bus station, taxi, supermarket ….), the pool is very nice and clean, the space is well decorated and the breakfast is good (vegan). Moreover, the owners are super friendly and helpful and Mustafa made our stay a one to remember and we will definetely come back!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming hotel in Alacati, Turkey, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this establishment was something special. First and foremost, cleanliness is paramount when choosing a place to stay, and this hotel absolutely excels in that regard. The rooms were spotless, and the entire hotel had a pristine aura, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed. The hotel's modern design and cozy atmosphere created a perfect blend for a memorable stay. It strikes the perfect balance between contemporary style and a warm, inviting ambiance. The location couldn't be better. Situated in the heart of Alacati, it's just a stone's throw away from the vibrant bars and restaurants that make this town so exciting. The convenience of having such fantastic dining and entertainment options within walking distance was a huge plus. But what truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional staff. Mustafa, the owner, embodies the spirit of hospitality. He kindly upgraded our room to a suite, demonstrating his dedication to ensuring guests have the best experience possible. Mustafa's relatives working at the hotel are equally remarkable. Their friendliness and willingness to assist with any request were truly impressive. We found that anything we asked for was promptly delivered to our room with a smile. The breakfast provided was a delightful spread, generous in variety and portion size. Plus, the fact that it was served until late in the morning allowed us to start our days at our own pace, adding to the overall sense of relaxation. Lastly, the hotel's peaceful and serene ambiance made it a tranquil haven during our stay. Whether lounging by the pool or enjoying a quiet evening on the terrace, we always felt at ease. In summary, Muse Alacati, is a hidden gem.

I have never visited such a clean hotel. You really couldn't find a bit of dirt in the whole hotel. The rooms and outdoor area are super lovingly and beautifully decorated. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The breakfast was also super tasty

This hotel was just perfect. The staff were always kind and quick to provide help and advice. The breakfast was great and the pool is the perfect place to relax. Location is also much better than other places in Alacati as it is close to the centre but away from the crowds.

I made a mistake of getting the staff to connect me to the WiFi and didn’t watch them 🤦🏼‍♀️ there was no English option so I couldn’t reconnect myself.

Great location! it was a 15 min walk to pretty much everything in Alacati. The staff were so nice - loveddddd that you could get breakfast up until midday and it was brought fresh to your table when you came down for it. The pool/breakfast area was so lovely and the room was a good size for the price.

The cute hotel is nestled very near to the centre yet away from the hustle bustle of the very happening town of Alacati..the best part is that it’s so clean and well maintained..the service is fabulous..we felt like home at The Muse Alacati..The owners are very friendly and very caring..the breakfast was lavish and fresh..Thankyou Ozge ..we have made some wonderful memories..

Wifi was a bit unreliable and would not work at times, also our room's fridge would barely keep water cool. We did mention this to them and they replaced it but it was still same.

Staff were very friendly and happy to help. The hotel and rooms were always spotless and clean, and you could see the staff always busy cleaning. Breakfast was great and the area was very convenient as it was walking distance to all the busy areas, but not too close to be loud at nights.

I have nothing to dislike.. 10/10 and 5 stars!

I have been visiting Alacati for the last 10 years and this has got to be the GEM! We stayed for our honeymoon and it was absolutely amazing! We were welcomed by the beautiful staff including the owners of this family owned premises. The hotel is a boutique hotel and by the end of our stay we became family with the staff! Rooms are decent and most importantly clean. Their rooms are air conditioned and the pool was sufficient to have a good day out in the sun. The location is only a 5 minute walk from the city centre and their breakfast is delicious with so many options to choose from! Loved it! the building and rooms are very new and modern and after they clean rooms it’s smells amazing! IT WAS A PERFECT STAY!

No major concerns, however, it was the end of season and we were the only guests. They started packing the hotel (probably preparing to close for winter) while we were still there which was a little bit unpleasant, yet we understand why. Some days, hot water was getting colder quickly if you shower later in the evening.

The hotel is new, very clean, well designed and cozy. It is a family business, they were super helpful, very kind and pleasant in every conversation. We loved the breakfast (especially muhammara, the sun-dried tomatoes and olives) and the guy serving it every morning (not sure of his name) was very professional yet friendly. He was so attentive to detail and he reflected this in how and what he was bringing to breakfast every morning as well as how our room was maintained. At times, the internet connection was lost but each time it happened they were very helpful (I needed to have some meetings from work).

Very clean hotel with friendly staff who were service-minded. The location is great, since you can walk to the city centre in 7-9 minutes.

Size of the rooms are small. No intercom in the rooms, no kettle in the rooms. Bed is too low, like its a ground bed.

The first day we were given the basement room whereas we had booked a room on the ground floor. Next day the owner upgraded us to a top floor balcony room

Nothing, everything was fantastic!

Muse Hotel is run by a family. All the staff is very friendly and attentive. We felt like we were at home. We were welcomed with turkish tea / coffee and water. The whole complex is very harmoniously decorated and very clean. The hotel owner Mustafa and his team are very helpful at all times. We will definitely choose this hotel again.
