Restaurant Food is so so. I enjoyed the dinner and breakfast. The quality doesn’t match with the price The weight runs out of battery. It takes a long while for the luggage to deliver to the room.

The choice by the menue at the restaurant could be wider, at your third visit you have nothing to choose, for example there is only one salad, by the request to make for us just cucumbers and tomatoes - they refused(((( The breakfast is nice but also the choice should be wider

The hotel is really museum, situated in the caves and ancient buildings. Amazing view, amazing rooms, perfect service. At the hotel they have 2 gardens, tutrttels and hot swimming pool, it is very pleasant at the cold times. You can also have breakfast at the terrace watching the baloons every morning. The staff provides you excellent service every minute. Nice restaurant.

It is not as good as other Relais & Chateaux hotels I have stayed. Maybe because this hotel is a 4star one. The staffs were not as welcoming or well-trained. Amenities were average. I was surpirsed when I asked for a comb and was told that the hotel didn't have any available... The toothbrushs provided was generic hotel ones that was uncomfortable to use and didn't differentiate between guests. Overall, I'm feeling like paying more than a 5 star hotel price and stayed in a 4 star one.

The hotel was a real museum with some real artifacts in the dinning room. It has a good view and instangram pool. The breakfast was nice. Masseuse from Bali is fantastic. There is a pillow menu.

Gorgeous facilities, amazing view, excellent services. The staff goes above and beyond. The rooms were beautiful and everything felt like a truly unique experience. Just walking around the hotel felt like a new experience. So much fun. I recommend it to all my friends.

The hotel is beautiful. It's one of those places that do not want to leave. The staff is always willing to help and they give you their best service. I don't know the other hotels in Cappadocia, but I am sure this is one of the best in the region.

the service is fantastic! it is probably one of the best hotel experience I had. The towels are soft thick and soft; the bed is comfortable. They even offer different pillow menu. And lady slippers are different from guys. During balloon show, the staffs were there in the early morning to offer free champagne. 100% recommended

service was a bit off par, slow to acknowledge you in the pool area, we waited ages to order a drink on our arrival. first morning of breakfast we had to chase up coffees and then still waited for them about 30mins in total. attention to detail on service and general day to day operation around the grounds was missing.

one of the only hotels in the area with a pool, rooms are done well and great dinner menu.

great view, perfect location. But most of all, all the people working here are incredibly professional and helpful. The food is very delicious and there is an excellent wine menu. The breakfast is very high quality, they work with a great kitchen team. This hotel is the best hotel in the area, if you want to feel special I recommend Museum Hotel 👍
