This hotel goes above and beyond with taking care of guests. Every person we interacted with who worked at the hotel treated us with such warmth and exceptional service. A special thanks to Elver, MEsut, Murat, Emirhan and Sheficq who really made us feel special and made us want to return again! Great location for first time visitors who want to see all of the sights.

The hotel was perfect! The location was spectacular - a short walk away from all the main tourist attractions and very close to lots of shops and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and clean and the breakfast was lovely. But most of all the staff were amazing! So friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

As the train line passes by, the rooms with windows towards the main street are noisy when the windows are open, but this is important only during daytime. No problems during night, we slept like babies.

The location is perfect. 80 m from Marmaray Sirkecy train station which has excellent connection to Sabiha Gokcen airport. 5 min walk to Hagia Sophia and to the Galata Bridge. Well connected with almost any part of Istanbul. The neighborhood is full of bars and restaurants. We were upgraded to a larger room and given breakfasts for free.

Actually nothing. Maybe it should be mentioned that taxi can not stop at the hotel's entrance, and you'd better get off somewhere near the Sirkeci train station and walk from there. Or ask the hotel for a taxi drive- the best option if you prefer a taxi to a public transport

Location is perfect, staff was amazing- their hospitality is far beyond you may think of. And after a long transatlantic flight, and an exhausting taxi trip from the airport to the city, it was a wonderful relax to be welcomed by the hotel staff. Also we were impressed by their transfer service - it was one of the kind experience! I highly recommend it if you didn't try a limo service, you have a chance to feel like it works. Don't want to be a spoiler, just believe me, it was something!

I had an issue with a broken shower head holder. . Although after I raised the issue it was looked at and adjusted. I didn’t have to chase the shower head the next morning. I felt the damaged part should have been changed.

The front of staff were very polite, helpful and welcoming. We were very pleased with the welcome and arrival process. Throughout the stay they were very attentive. The hotel room was well presented, clean and the bed was so comfortable.

Location is super central. The staff were super friendly and helpful especially Enver. We got a sim card at the reception (paid) and they also got us an airport transfer (paid). we were greeted with coffee on arrival. Rooms are very comfortable and quiet. Water is offered in the room on daily basis for free. Breakfast is very varied with many options available and a nice view from the 7th floor. Overall amazing stay and very recommended.

Staff is extremely helpful and kind, always at your service. The location is fabulous, the breakfast has a wide and nice selection of foods. I would choose this hotel again.

The location was ideal. Rooms were clean. Staff was polite and always helpful. During our stay, I had a sore throat and there was no open pharmacies nearby (they are closed on Sundays). I told the above to the receptionist and immediately he send me a cup of apple tea with honey to my room. That was a really nice gesture. Overall we are really satisfied with our choice and would definitely recommend it!

One of the connecting room's window was found cracked. Once we informed the front desk the issue, they were very quick to rectify the problem by arranging for another and upgraded rooms with No hassle.

Staffs were excellent with their services. Attentive to guests needs. A lot of restaurants, desserts cafes and gift shops near hotel. Tram runs just besides the hotel. They became music to my ears 😂 Attractions are a stone throw away. Easy to navigate around the area and lots to see and experience.

If you're not used to the hustle and bustle of the city, tram noise can be a bit annoying, but that's the price you pay in exchange for a good location.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. The room was clean and spacious. It was nice to start the day with a great rooftop breakfast. The location is excellent, walking distance to most attractions, restaurants, bazars...

Amazing staff! Attractions (Hagia Sofia,the Blue Mosque, Cistern, Topkapi etc.), restaurants and shopping places are literally within the walking distance. Very clean, well equipped room, the breakfast is more than enough. I definetely recommend it.

Fabulous hotel! The staff is excellent, the hotel is clean, comfortable and well located. The breakfast buffet has great hours (until 10:30am!) and great selections. One recommendation is to book the airport shuttle the hotel offers!!! We had a private car booked which turned out to be awful. The hotel isn't super easy to locate esp for a car so best leave the driving to someone who knows where they are going. We canceled the private return and booked the hotel shuttle instead. It was fantastic. We made it to the airport in great time and the hotel was even kind enough to pack food for us to eat on the way since we had to leave before breakfast. Next time in Istanbul we will stay here again!!

Our stay in My Dream Hotel has presented a visible and favorable ratio in what we have payed and what we have received. The hotel is clean, breakfast is varied and rich, rooms are comfortable. It is important to emphasize the location that is really a top-notch and so close to the majority of the Istanbul old town attractions and shopping places because most of them are literally within the walking distance. The choice of restaurants in the area is excellent and it is hard to imagine better choice. This is our third stay in Istanbul and the third hotel so far and this hotel has proved to be the best choice so far. There is no doubt that My Dream will be a choice for our stay even during the next year or even before if the travel plans bring us to this magical city before. Definitely recommended.

My stay at My Dream Istanbul Hotel was absolutely delightful! The staff were really friendly and helpful. During Ramadan, they provided delicious suhoor meals which added an extra touch of warmth and comfort. A special shoutout to Enver, Mahmut and the entire team at my dream istanbul for their outstanding service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable experience.
