We really missed a fridge (not necessarily in every room, but one per floor would be great). There is one fridge downstairs, but it cannot be accessed constantly by the guests. Another thing that was bothering us was the lack of aircondition in the rooms (only fan was available, although from the outside of the building looks like some rooms are having aircondition). Wifi is poorly configured so sometimes you will loose connection. Even if it is not the fault of the accommodation, it is worth to mention that there are periods during the day without water (from 10 am until 4 pm in theory, but it was not always like that)- due to the constructions in the area, and this can be unpleasant in 30+ degrees.

We really liked the attitude of the staff and their helpfulness. Place was really clean and breakfast was great. Another thing worth to mention is that the place is smoke free so no cigarette smell in the rooms. The rooftop terrace was also really nice with the view.

Near adventure place... such as a valley of place take off for ballons. Hotel has a nice terrace for a take a lot of pictures. Nicole and Matt are very helfpull, specially to coordinate us to go where also have discount for HOT BALLON..🤩

The place was super clean when we arrived, however, the room wasn't cleaned whatsoever, neither the towels were changed during our 3 days stay. Not really a biggie since we were there for only a short time, but just a heads up.

Our room was much bigger than what we expected, the hotel manager and his wife were super nice and they hooked us with some cool attractions. The wifi works good and hotel has really nice rooftop deck with great views of balloons. Breakfast is nice, you will not be left hungry after it :) The whole place has homeish vibe and I felt really comfortable being there.

the walls are very thin so you can hear all the neighbours especially if they arrive or leave at night

it is very clean and the room is in a good condition, I think it is rather new hotel. there is a teapot in the room. the host offers a lot of advantages and the prices are very good. there is a terrace on the roof with a wonderful view ( balloons, rainbow after the rain). the staff is very helpful. very good place to stay for 1-2 nights and fly balloons

The hotel is not well located. It's far from the center. That wouldn't have been a big problem if we had had a nice service, but when we needed somebody to help us calling a taxi at 8 am, there wasn't anybody present in the hotel. After waiting we found a worker in the kitchen who wasn't willing to help us. . Also, We were hoping to have breakfast there, but again there wasn't anybody at the reception to inquire about that. I rang the bell 5 times but nobody answered. Every hotel should have somebody present to reach for questions or any issues. The room was nice but had a shared bathroom which was full of hair. There were guests smoking in their rooms what made the whole hallway and bathroom smell. And finally, it gets super noisy at 4 am when the guests wake up for sunrise and balloon rides. So if you want to sleep a bit longer. Forget about it.

On the first breakfast the lady, serving it, persistently tries to sell you a tour. When rejected her friendly behaviour vanishes and her whole appearance is quite reserved. They don‘t consider requests regarding the breakfast (vegan/vegetarian). All in all if you are fine with not feeling welcome anything else at this place is fine :)

Shared bathroom. When I booked (room for 3), i thought we would have a private (attached) bathroom. But we got a room with shared bathroom. Very inconvenient 🥴. Also, no sofa or comfortable chair in the room.

Rooms is not quite, adjust room noises are coming to room even if somebody comes down from stairs you can listen clearly. i woke up at 5.30 bcz adjust room tenants were came in and out couple of times in the morning. 2. breakfast 2/10. 3 . Sometimes you need to wait a long time to be able to use the shared bathroom. There is no front desk. No advice of what to do. The terrace is very nice but completely dark and no activities. There is no water to drink.

The hotel was fine but there are just too many small details that are disappointing and ruin the general experience: There is a kettle in the room but there are no mugs or glasses, the kitchen is not available, there is a problem even to try to get a spoon or to keep something in the fridge. There was no cleaning for the room during our stay (4 days), the smoke detectors were covered, they didn't provide any soap or shampoo, and the cherry in the top was the cleaning lady that was also serving the breakfasts, she was trying to sell (over priced) tours to everyone at the breakfast, to the point that she was really annoying for everyone and she was always hunting new possible victims. Goreme's streets are totally destroyed, I will recommend staying next to the main road

Number one disappointment is that there is no private bathroom: shared bathroom for 4 rooms. This was not mentioned when I booked the room (can’t be that I missed it, this is of crucial importance for me; besides I have my booking printed, no mention of shared bathroom). No privacy and you have to wait to take a shower. Besides I was misled by the reviews: the property is located on the outskirts of the Göreme village. Though they have a terrasse , many properties do. Unless you cannot pay more, more central stay will be more pleasant. Staff (Ahmet) is nice and helpful, but the lady who cooks and serves breakfast not so much: with a smile she will leave you with a feeling that you got screwed. On the first day walk around and check the prices for tours, don’t buy a tour from the hotel right away.

1) Permanent staff is extremely greedy, the woman in the breakfast room tried with all her power to force us to buy more guided tours, all while not being able to construct even one full sentence in english. 2) The "hotel" only accepts cash payment for guided tours. 3) The toilet is shared, rugs are stained and towels are dirty. This is a hostel, not an hotel. 4) Our room was never cleaned in 3 nights of stay. 5) The key to the room is so basic even a child could pick it (but they make you sign a release of liability contract for stolen valuables). Also, I suspect all keys to all rooms are the same key, as our key had no visible feature that would make it unique. 6) The walls of the room are so thin you can hear any noise from other rooms and bathroom. 7) The door to the rooms and toilet has a 2-3cm gap at the bottom which further decreases their capability to shield from noise. 8) There is no air conditioning in the rooms, just a cheap fan. 9) The blankets are extremely heavy, considering we went in July we can only assume they were the same they use in December/January, as they were absolutely not suitable for the room temperature. 10) The curtains in the room offer basically no protection against light. As soon as the sun rises, the room lights up as if the curtains weren't there. 11) The view outside is horrible, this hotel is in the outskirts of Göreme in a bad looking neighborhood, it takes 15 minutes by walk to get to the center, with extremely dusty roads. 12) Breakfast is always the same with no choice. Although presented well, the food is probably not hand-made (it is a series of sauces and products which one could easily buy at the supermarket). It is just an expedient to try to sell you more guided tours. Prepare to be harassed for at least 30 minutes every day. Not being sarcastic, I have been sleeping better in a tent on a mountain with 5° outside and 30 km/h winds than in this place.

The room was pretty cheap, Ahmed is a nice guy (sorry if I misspelled your name), the terrace is also decent.

I had mixed feelings about this accomodation. It was not bad, however, I was quite disappointed. It seems for me more like hostel then hotel. There were some points what I/we did not like. -the lady owner seemed nice at the begging but I felt unpleasant from her forcing to choose some tour, then when we said no, she was quite cold. Also it was annoying when she wanted to sign up documents during the breakfast, she can ask customers before or after. -it was not calm place for us, we stayed for 5days and we could not sleep properly any of them. - maybe other rooms are better, however, our room had poor equipment. Only small cabinet and bed and that's all. There was electric kettle, but it is pointless if there are no mugs and so on. - and everyday breakfast had the same composition

The place is very well located. If you like hiking it is good point to start your hike. On the roof is nice view for observing balloons.

We felt very pressured by Matt, the owner who was trying to sell every of his tours. We were disappointed of the bathroom which was outside of the room and shared with other rooms. The shower leaks and there was a bad odor in the bathroom.

The room was clean. Sultan the housekeeper was amazing with us and very welcoming. The breakfast was good. Free parking.
