The size of the room, it was tiny, really tiny. No room to stow your cases with a weeny wardrobe intended for a child. Definitely not an extended stay hotel.

The decoration, modern, stylish well considered. Little balcony with good views over the harbour end. All the staff were more than helpful, they were a credit to the hotel.

Location not that close to the old town if that's what you want, but easy enough to walk there or catch a dolmus. Not many restaurants close by. Breakfast adequate but a bit perfunctory. Not quite enough sheets/blankets/whatever but didn't bother us enough to complain about it.

Mustafa was the guy on reception who we interacted with most, and he was excellent. Calm, friendly & very helpful, spoke good English. Lots of space, it was a whole suite with separate kitchenette, toilet, toilet & shower, & bath (with jets). Great for the price. Location very good for what we wanted to do (the hike/walk around the peninsula), quiet, close to the working marina.

It was a bit far out of town, there wasn’t really anywhere to eat dinner nearby, they didn’t make us an early breakfast (not even take away)

Distance from centre. Property advertisement misleading as we were given a bedroom and had booked for 9 days in an apartment. Charged extra to move rooms which was a cheek as although it was a modern room. There was no oven, a microwave that had no plug socket and a gas gob that also needed a plug socket. There was no toaster either so we couldn’t do any catering and had to eat out. The room was modern the balcony was at the front and definitely no larger than a rabbit hutch so we could not use to sit out together even for coffee. The property is misadvertised as it does not state that this is a small boutique hotel with mostly bedrooms and not kitchens or dining area. Adequate for short stays but definitely not family or couples holidays. It appears newly managed and all equipment was new even a washing machine with no English instructions and a working dishwasher. Both these you would not normally expect but the basics like mugs, oven and a toaster are absent!!and staff didn’t u/stand. I would’ve booked elsewhere for a proper self catering apartment

Everything was fine! Apartment was very clean and the furniture seems to be modern. Swimming pool is clean and there are enough sun beds. Team is also very supportive and nice.

The location is a bit challenging with taxi services not willing to come.

Extremely friendly and responsive staff. Just a small fact is that when taxi was difficult to order the lady from reception gave us the ride. They have good and spacious rooms too.

The management was lacking. The property was run down. When we checked in there were insufficient towels until the laundry arrived. we had insufficient bedding.

The room was not serviced every day. I am not sure if this is standard at this hotel? Guests need to help themselves to coffee/tea/toilet paper in a cupboard on the landing.

Great location and we were so lucky to get a room with a lovely view of the pool and the sea. Staff tried to be very helpful even though their English wasn't the best. They were very helpful in ordering taxis. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again. Good value for money as well.
