The food is extremely basic and very repetitive, and although the main parts of the hotel and pool area were clean we found the maids cut corners and turned over dirty bedding and didn’t sweep and mop the floor in our room, when we went and found them and asked them to come and change the bedding they did but didn’t understand sweeping and mopping the floor, no mini fridge in the room was very disappointing considering how hot it gets in Marmaris, this is a basic must have for nice cold bottles of water

Lovely little hotel, bang in the middle of Marmaris, plenty of bars restaurants and shops nearby and 3 or 4 minutes walk to the beach, the staff were very friendly

The showers weren't the best, a little confusing getting the right temperature and shower curtain.

Although it was before the season officially started it was nice to find an open hotel. The views from the room balcony over either the pool or front of the hotel. The pool was open and clean. The staff were friendly. The beachfront was about 2 streets away, at most a 5-minute walk. Shops were one street away. The breakfast is basic but enjoyable and enough choice to start the day.

The not so good was the cleanest of the apartment, nothing in the kitchen to cook, and the staff doesn't speak a word of English and use some translator to communicate, but it's not great. Pool??? There is no way I will go in that water.

Oh, my days! The apartment we got was massive! Kitchen, full bathroom, living room with a tv and dining table plus on the 1st floor (yes, it has another floor) 2 bedrooms with a/c and another full bathroom. Very, very spacious and comfortable stay.

The shower / toilet could do with a major renovation, walls are pretty thin and could hear noise from other rooms and other guests banging doors on night !

Amazing location, friendly staff, breakfast much better options than the budget hotels Iv stayed in, pretty clean , towels get changed twice a week and bedsheets and covers once a week , however housekeeping comes and clean room each day and tops up with shower gels/shampoo etc, toilet rolls, clean bins, AC which there don’t charge extra, TV and strong free wi-fi

I don't want to be too harsh in judging the place because it has to be assessed relative to the price which is very low. However, the beds are not comfortable, the rooms are very small, it is very, very outdated in terms of decor, the walls are thin so you hear every movement in the rest of the hotel. The door handle was loose, the light fixtures were crooked. I'm no snob and I'm used to staying in places on the lower end of the price spectrum but this is as cheap as I would ever want to go; I don't think I would want to spend more than a day or two here. If you are looking for a budget-friendly place just to sleep and nothing more, this is fine.

The location is excellent, right near the beach and the main street of Marmaris but also tucked away in a quiet street. It's very easy to catch a bus from the street to get to the main bus station and there are several supermarkets very close by. The area felt safe. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. The shower was hot and worked well. There was a small balcony that was quite nice to sit on. The heating / Aircon worked well and was easy to operate. It was reasonably clean. The price was very cheap, I wanted a short stay so just needed somewhere to sleep, nothing fancy, and that's what this hotel is - reasonably good value for very little money.

Work and maintenance were being done very early in the morning, I appreciate repairs that need to be carried out, but wait at least until 8am to start drilling. Cockroaches near the coffee machine area in the night, if you're not a cat lover, then stay away from this hotel.

Good location, near to the beach, about a 5-7 mins walk. You can walk to the main bazaar within 20 mins or catch a bus. Easy access to get to anywhere in marmaris. We went off season so was very quite. Hotel is very basic, stayed here for a week. Was out most of the times, so didn't really stay in the room. Basic buffet breakfast, facilties were OK. 2.5 star at the very best.

there was plenty of food on offer for breakfast. The staff were helpful and the location quit bu not too far from the centre. Plenty of buses goung to various places nearby.

Bare in mind is the 2nd to 3rs week of January, there was some improvement work going on in the hotel and the exterior was getting a freshen up, workmen had brushed/scraped the walls prior to painting and left a lot of mess and hadn't bothered to even offer to come clean up my balcony, I like to sit outside weather permitting and this wasn't pleasent, I also understand work is required

I have stayed here 3 times previously so I know exactly what I'm getting at this hotel, all I want is a secure cheap room with a clean bed and a usable shower and that's exactly what I got, no frills budget room

This was a great value hotel. Breakfast was good and filling although it was the same each day. Daily housekeeping. Nice balcony in room and good heating in winter. Excellent bathroom. Location was good for local amenities.

no complaints as it was only 2 night stay and VERY CHEAP If I been staying longer and paying more , I would say the bedroom I was staying in was a little “tired looking “ and bathroom could do with some attention

In our room, wild wasps gnawed through the wall near the window where they had a nest. There were a couple of unpleasant moments until the hole was closed. The beds are not comfortable, the plumbing is quite old. The buffet is sufficient to not leave you hungry, but lacks variety. There is only one option for meat, fish once a week, and one or two types of desserts. The dining room is without air conditioning, with the doors wide open, which in humid heat of 38 degrees and above is below average pleasure. Annoying flies. A bunch of cats constantly begging in the dining room. (10 or even more)

The staff is responsive, they allowed us to change our room to a better one, without additional payment, because there was a very noisy guest in the next room. The pool is small, but until lunch in the shade, it’s quite comfortable to swim, there are not many people. The hotel is on the second line (or even third?) from the sea, but the walk is only 8-10 minutes, quite acceptable. And this is a plus, because on the first line there are a large number of noisy bars and discos, only echoes reached us. The food is tasty, although not fancy. The center of Marmaris is 25-30 minutes on foot or 7 minutes by bus.
