Sems and Eren will kill you with kindness. They always give good recommendations. They were so patient with me. I appreciate the efforts everyone made. The breakfast is made with love and the views are beautiful. A photographer's dream. I highly recommend staying here if you want to watch the balloons at sunrise. The beds are so comfortable you’ll be hugging the bed goodbye when it's time to check out. Soothing music plays across the hotel during the daytime. The interior designer made the place so attractive. The walk to and from the hotel is so easy and pleasant. Honestly, you’ll have such a relaxing time here.

It's not a complaint about the hotel, but the small section of the access road leading to the hotel is not very well paved and might be difficult to walk for elderly or wheelchair/stroller users (perfectly fine for the youngsters though), but it's out of the control of the hotel. I hope it will be constructed soon by the authorities.

An amazing hotel near to Goreme city center yet in a quiet location. Special regards to the owner Shemsuddin, a great guy, passionate about his business, and ready to help in whichever way he can. Other staff as well are equally attentive and accommodative with a smile on their faces. The place radiates positive vibes due to it's amazing staff, great architecture, and brand new and modern stuff. During our 3 nights stay, we were provided a free upgrade for one night (thanks to Shems), all the rooms are quite spacious and offer great comfort. We loved our stay at Naif hotel better than Istanbul. One of the best hotels in Goreme region, absolutely 10/10, 100% recommended.

My stay at Naif hotel was possibly the best experience I have ever had while vacationing anywhere in the world, and that says a lot. I have spent a decade of my life travelling, but everything about Goreme, and Naif Hotel in particular set a new standard that I feel will likely never be beaten. When I first arrived at Naif I was greeted by the owner Shamzi(so sorry if I spelled that wrong!) I was sweaty and exhausted and he immediately offered me a seat, a glass of ice water and a glass of wine. We chatted about life while he booked me in and upgraded me to the lovely suite on the top level by the breakfast room. Shamzi is not just a hotel owner. This is a man who finds pure joy in providing exceptional service to people. This isn't just a business for him, it's a way of life. He even bought me medication and food while I was sick one night and introduced me to a friend of his who gave me an amazing free tour of one of the local abandoned cave cities. Shamzi wants to share the beauty of the incredible place he lives in and the hospitality of his people. I feel that I have made a life long friend in Shamzi and I will, without a doubt, spend my entire stay at Naif when I am visiting next. This is not to even mention the gorgeous hotel itself. No details are spared.Every little thing, from the fresh omelettes and organic breakfasts on the open patio, overlooking the town, to the bright , airy and modern rooms- This place impresses, all while being within a very reasonable budget for even a solo traveller on a tight budget. The housekeeping is very on their game, the beds are super comfortable, the location is perfect to access the town within a short walk, and the views are outstanding. I look forward to the next time I am back in Goreme, enjoying a glass of wine on the upstairs terrace with Shamzi. If you make one good choice while you are visiting Cappadocia it will be staying at Naif.

The hotel is amazing. Breakfast is also very tasty. I needed advice on tours, ballons, or restaurants - hotel owners helped me with everything I need to know and booked some activities for us. Also, I booked via the hotel transfer from the airport. Everything was amazing. Totally recommend. Don't pay attention that there are a few reviews. The hotel was opened at the beginning of January. Everything is brand new inside. And hotel owners are amazing people, who really care about every detail and overall experience. P.S. I popped up the question to my girlfriend (and she said "yes"). Hotel owners made the room look great and brought amazing flowers. My girlfriend was very happy.

The hotel is located on the other side of the turbulent Center than most hotels, which can obviously also be a plus point, depending on what one wants :)

I loved everything about the property! The only small detail that might be a little bit improved is the breakfast. The food might be more varied.

I liked everything about it! The room was very modern, the bed so comfortable and the views were spectacular! You can see the balloons every morning from the terrace. Also, the staff is very nice and friendly, cannot wait to come back!

Everything!!! 😊the owner of the hotel went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations,the hotel facilities and decor is beautiful and so much attention to detail went into every single item from the organic cotton in the bed linen to the beautiful cups you have your coffee in at breakfast.The rooms look exactly like the pictures,everything is new.Viewing the hot air balloons on the terrace in the morning was breathtaking.You feel right at home at Naif hotel with Semsi and his partner Eren taking care of all your needs. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Goreme in Cappadocia, you will not be disappointed 😀

I cannot recommend this hotel enough!!!! The breakfast was delicious. The views were amazing. The bed was comfortable. The provided toiletries were luxurious. The location was convenient. Modern design hotel room but still has the "Capadoccia vibes" in it. Room was spacy and comfortable bed. Our room got the private terrace that is nice and the view from the balcony was splendid.
