The room was too humid and a bit cold. Thankfully, heating was turned on for me and that helped a lot.

Amazing staff and location! Room was also spacious and comfortable. You can even get some view of balloons from the terrace on the rooftop.

The room is really big and clean. Location is a few minutes (walking distance) from the center of Göerme. All the staff are helpful and kind. They helped us arrange the trips around Cappadocia and the shuttle from the airport. We had a night flight and we also got the possibility to do the early check-in, which was really convenient. Breakfast was also good. Would recommend.

The decor and style is modern yet you still feel like you are in the rustic caves of thousands of years ago. Everything was beyond spotless. The shower is roomy and the bathroom in general has plenty of counter space (a feature I often find lacking in Europe!) There is a couch and tv as well as a mini fridge in the room. The terrace upstairs has a beautiful view and nice, plentiful seating. The best part is Eren and his staff. He went out of his way to help me book personalized experiences, recommend restaurants, make reservations for me, cancel and rebook things when I changed my mind, even ordered my dinner for delivery to my room one night. I couldn't have asked for better service. And the icing on the cake is the sweet little shaggy black pup that lives on the property. She is SO friendly and cute you can't help but smile every time she comes running out to greet you. Eran, thank you so much for making my time in Cappadocia truly amazing. I will never forget it!

A lovely boutique style hotel, close to the centre of Goreme with all its bar’s & restaurants! Our room was upgraded to one with a private balcony - it was enormous! Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and served in the rooftop terrace with a panoramic view of the town. Staff were friendly & kind - thank you for an incredible stay!

The room is exceptional, design comfortable, clean and have a great view + relax feeling. The staff is really nice and helpful. Super service. Spacious parking space. Short walking distance to the valley.

There was another gentleman there that was not quite as helpful. Iasked fo some directions and he said I should google it - maybe it was a language issue, but dealing with him was a huge contrast to dealing with the young lady, Duru. She made the trip.

One staff in particular, Duru, was excellent. She checked us in and gave us great advice, all of which i followed and enjoyed very much. She was also very welcoming and accommodating.

This was one of my best stays whilst exploring Turkey. Everything was just perfect, from the aesthetics, spacious room, cleanliness, comfortable bed, views, delicious breakfast spread. The owner and other staff were friendly, super helpful. The bathroom was the right size and the shower worked well. The owner offered us good local wines on our first day, we absolutely enjoyed them even though we are not big on wine consumption. It's centrally located but I loved that it was not in the busy part of the town. I will definitely stay here when I do come back. Only thing that would add more to this beautiful hotel, is a pool perhaps (then you can definitely spend your rest day at the hotel).

Rooms, breakfast, view, air conditioning, clean, friendly staff Our 3 day stay at Naif Hotel was amazing! Eren the owner was extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was clean, cool and quiet. We were unlucky to come when it was 40 degrees but the air con really helped us stay comfortable and cool during the day and night. The patio they have for breakfast is amazing and a great place to catch the hot air balloons early in the morning. The daily breakfast was perfect and had lots of variety. Lastly the entire staff were friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend staying here.
