I really liked this place and I would recommend it to my friends. In my apartment there was a kitchenette, salon with 2 sofas and TV and a separate bedroom with a comfortable bed. The airconditioning was working well in the heating mode - I was in January, so the temperature at night was aroung 7 C. The area is quiet, no loud restaurants around, so for me it was perfect. Wifi was working well, the receptionist was always very helpful and helped orginising transfer for me.

The rooms need to be renovated, especially kitchen facilities (oven is quite old, struggled to cook anything as you cannot properly manage the level of temperature)

Very nice hotel, just 10 minutes walk to the beach, located in a quiet area. It is definitely good value for money. Highly recommended for those who want to work remotely as Wi-Fi connection is extremely good. I would like to say special Thanks to the hotel's manager Sinan for being so helpful in accommodating all my requests! Thank you so much, Sinan, for greeting me at the airport on arrival and also arranging my departure transfer at such early times! Much appreciated.

the lighting in the main sitting/eating;cooking room was very subdued - impossible to read comfortably at night.

We agree with all the previous positive reviews. We spent 5 nights here before the start of the full season, so the restaurant and pools were not open. We had a 1 bedroomed top floor apartment with great views of the Toros Mountains. windows on 3 sides, so lots of light , good sized covered balcony - though it wasn’t warm enough to use it much. There is not a lift but one of the staff will carry your cases for you. Well equipped apartment including for self catering. Helpful staff always available. near several mini markets. Modern Side is built on a grid, so easy to find your way around to various places. Good quiet site, ideal, especially if you have own transport, as its on the western edge of Side towards the D400 main coast road, though walkable to the centre if warm enough - there was a very cold wind most of our stay. NB The road to to seaside Side is through the ancient ruins and is effectively pedestrianised, though minibuses run from the free carpark, and you can drive down to leave luggage.

I can't not fond any cons

The apartment is very well maintained. It has everything that you need for cooking, hubs, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, shopping board, catlery, soup pan, frying pans, pots, Boles, plates, everything. The AC is working very good. The WiFi is working very good. The staff is very relax and helpful, most of them speak English.

The weather is so cold at the moment that the heating was required to be on all the time set to 24c was perfect. Windows/doors a bit draughty, I think would be perfect in spring/summer/autumn, we were there on the coldest week of the year.

The electricity went out some time unexpectedly.

Both managers are very friendly and helpful, especially Sinan, who helped us at 2 o'clock at night and gave us a very early ride ro the airport. The apartment is spacious and has all necessary kitchen appliances. The swimming pool is clean and nice. The restaurant at hotel is not expensive and offers good food. The bus to the beach is free and goes on schedule. I would recommend this apartment hotel to my friends.

Location, staff, service absolutely impeccable cannot fault it... Met so many people during our stay that had been coming back to Nar Apart year after year and we understood completely why. Its quite a rural area, so you do hear outside noise such as chickens, horses and of course the local mosque. However this did not affect our stay.

The staff were excellent. Very friendly, happy personalities and extremely helpful. I stayed with my elderly Mother who became sick during our stay. The staff were so caring, they even went to the pharmacy to buy her medication. Its a small family run aparthotel so it has the 'personal' touch. You feel cared for as opposed to a nameless face amongst a crowd of people. Many of the other guests that we met were returning guests which says a lot! We are also hoping to return in the autumn. Although the apartments were a little 'tired' in the décor, they were kept spotlessly clean by the two lovely ladies who even provided a comfortable cushion for my Mother to sit on, on the terrace chairs. Just a small, but lovely thoughtful gesture! The apartments had everything that was needed throughout our stay. We had no complaints. Great pool, not huge in size but big enough and very clean. Free Bus, stops right outside to take you to the beach. Although we didn't eat a lot in the restaurant, what we did eat was very good.

It was one of our favorite places in our trip. Rooms are big and clean. There are everything you need for life: kettle, electric stove, dishes, refrigerator, toaster. Very comfortable location: about 8 mins to beach, very quiet place, shops are also near, 2 km for city center. The territory of the hotel is small, but cozy with swimming pull. The hotel staff was friendly. We used their laundry services, we were very satisfied. There was a bus, which was delivered visitors to another beach for free several times a day. That beach was also good. I recommend to go there.

Not very soundproof.

Nice small and homely apart hotel, kitchen was well equipped, fridge and proper coffee-maker, swimming pool area clean and nice, not too much people. Lovely staff. Beach was about 15-20 min walk not far away from beach side. Location was perfect. They don't play music too loud in the evenings. Nice interior.
