The shower door was slightly broken. The curtains are not strong enough to block the sunlight in the morning.

The owner helped us to have a perfect experience in Selçuk (gave us very helpful tips on touristic spots and cheap, delicious restaurants, called cabs for us). He allowed us to store our bags in the hotel after check out. Swimming pool area is very nice. Breakfast was good and filling. Overall a really great stay.

I wish we’d been just a bit later and the pool would have been open!

We had a twin bed room with a small balcony overlooking street; very little car or motorcycle traffic; could hear kids playing in the street early evening but they were inside by 9:30 pm. Room was bright and very clean with a spacious bathroom. The doors in/out of room and to bathroom were a bit squeaky and stiff but my friend slept thru the “midnight bathroom cuz I drank too much tea”visits. The main room downstairs where breakfast is served had huge windows with comfortable sofa banquets that looked out onto the garden.

Lovely breakfast. Kind friendly staff. The owner went above and beyond in helping us arrange our trip to Ephesus. He found a guide for us, booked the taxi and gave us lots of valuable tips on how best to enjoy our time in Selcuk. His restaurant recommendations were first rate.

Our stay was mostly great, although the bathroom is very compact. However, this didn't really affect our overall experience.

We had a wonderful time! The hosts were the highlight of our stay, and their adorable dog made us feel right at home. They were incredibly friendly and available, treated us well, and gave us great tips about everything. They even made us coffee early in the morning when we had to leave early. Breakfast was always delicious, and the room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend it to others.

Location was on a quiet street and within easy walking to great food options and lots of sightseeing historical attractions. Friendly, helpful owner went out of his way to help with any questions as well as making sure we caught our early morning flight.

Service was excellent. The owner of the hotel drove me to the emergency room at the hospital when I was ill. Breakfast was excellent with local honey and other goodies. Walking distance to good shopping and restaurants. Secure parking.

The owners are amazingly welcoming and helpful. They speak fluent English and French. They provided us with all the necessary information for our stay and helped us organise our trip to Ephesus. The garden is peaceful and relaxing and the swimming pool very inviting after a long hot day sightseeing.

Everything was PERFECT.

If you're staying in Selçuk, don't hesitate and book this hotel. Let me give you 3 good reasons: - there is a nice pool (perfect after a long day visiting ruins) - the breakfast is abundant and contains some products that were producted locally (the honey was amazing!!!) - the manager is a very kind person who helped us a lot: he guided us for renting the best car, he told us when to go in Ephesus in order to avoid the crowds, he recommended us some restaurants (even located outside Selçuk itself)... --> By the way : if you are reading this, we would like to thank you again! We will come back in Nazar Hotel for sure next time that we are in the region!!

We loved everything about our stay at Nazar Hotel!! The welcome was wonderful, the owner spent some time explaining everything to us, how to visit Ephesus, where to have dinner... We followed all his recommendations and we couldn't be more grateful :) The breakfast was amazing, they even made it a bit earlier just so we could avoid the extremely hot temperatures. It was a bit dark in the corridors and steps. Can mistep on the stairs because cant see well.

The Nazar Hotel was delightful. We stayed in a family room with two adults and two teenagers and it was very comfortable. The couple who owns the hotel were extremely welcoming and accommodating. They made breakfast early for us on the morning we visited Ephesus and they had all sorts of helpful hints and ideas about visiting the sites in the area. On their recommendation we ate lunch at a restaurant in Sirince that was one of the best meals we had during our 2 weeks in Turkey. The hotel was in a great location and there was parking for our rental car. Everything there was perfect!

Ilker is a fantastic host and provided lots of useful information about travelling in Selcuk and the rest of Turkey. Breakfast was delicious and served on the rooftop terrace. The pool and garden is shady and private - perfect for relaxing and cooling off. Bonus points for the friendly cats and dogs for us to pet.

Owners were fantastic, out of their way to give advice, even drove 50kms to the airport to retrieve my missing luggage. Great location and very comfortable Pool was a blessing as very hot.

The owner is extremely helpful with the luggage and gives you in perfect English all necessary information about the places to visit. Breakfast is really delicious: everything is homemade and fresh. Last but not least: there is a secure closed parking place.
