The hotel has a perfect location near a big shopping center and supermarkets. The room was clean and bigger than expected. The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel has free parking. The breakfast was diverse and delicious.

Even though is common in Edirne, some of the staff didn't know proper English and was using Google Translate in order to communicate. Other than that, our single and not that important complaint about the room was the shower. The water couldn't be washed away by the floor drain and some of it went through the shower door to the bathroom. Again, nothing that couldn't be handled with the spare towel provided.

Check-in was convenient as we parked in the dedicated space and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located near Margi Outet and about a 20 min walk from Erasta. We got a huge room with a nice view at the 6th floor. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was nice, with many options to choose from. Finally, we asked if we could check out but still utilize the parking area until we leave Edirne and the staff was willing to help us with that.

The breakfast was horrible!!! The personal jn the restaurant was 180° opposite of hotel personal: unfriendly, non-supportive, except one young man with characteristic beart we know from last year. Though, we attended breakfast 45 min before end, no juice, tea and eggs were refilled in the buffet. When asking the response was prompt "too late, out of stock"... sorry, but we will not opt for this hotel any more because of this experience, especially the older woman with black cloths and turban was so unfriendly, never ever...

Hotel personal very friendly and supportive. It's the 2nd we choose this hotel on our road trip from Germany to Türkiye and vice versa. We arrived 3 am and the personal did everything to find a adequate parking lot for us, thank you.

Received a spacious suite with balcony, in one word: perfect. The breakfast buffet is provided and served in the adjoining restaurant. You can also go there for other meals and the meat is delicious (sirloin steak and lamb were so tasty) Highly recommended, and I will definitely go back.

Staff very professional, there's parking available, clean and nice restaurant that is open for 24 hours with affordable prices. There's free coffee/ drinks in reception. Room is very spacious with noce bed, sofa and a very nice bathroom. The balcony is also great. Taxi from the hotel to the city center costs from 40 to 80 liras.

Being close to mainly a shopping area, you don't get a decent view out of the window, but that is such a neglectable detail

Very pleasant hotel. Rooms are large (huge) and there is a great local restaurant on the ground floor (where you get the BB breakfast) and where you can also dine excellent local food. Very close, opposite across the boulevard there's a grocery store, and of course a few minutes away is the outlet mall and also the Blue market. Combining these with the fair cost, makes it a very competitive choice.

The WiFi was very poor, with almost no connection on the 6th floor. On the next day there were no Wifi.

I really liked the facility, location and the size of the rooms. The staff speaks English and was very friendly.
