The hotel is in a nice neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants and shops, it’s close to the metro station, the room was clean and comfortable enough with a decent bathroom, staff were friendly and helpful. The property represents very good value for money.

There is no lift and with two kids and two large suitcases needed to climb 4 floors up through steep and tight staircase. The staff was helpful to offer a hand with the luggage.

For two days there was no electricity so, because the room did not have a window, I was sitting in a darkness, could not charge my phone. Also there was no warm water for 2 days. I was told that it was because some general issues on the street, but other buildings had electricity. The shower was broken and I had ants, when I told them about this, they said they don't speak English.

We had a very bad experience with this hotel. We had booked a so-called 'suit', but this one looks like a cheap two-room apartment. No comfort at all, very dirty room and bathroom. This room is on the fifth floor and there is no elevator. The walls seem to be made of cardboard. You can even hear sounds from the first floor. Staff/service is 0,0. We were given one towel for five people. We asked for more towels several times but we didn't get them until after three days. Room cleaning is also really terrible. Nothing is cleaned, only the beds are made and the trash can is changed. Bathroom is not hygienic, mold everywhere. Shower head does not work. Twice asked to fix it, but they didn't. Place of the hotel is in a ghetto neighborhood. We will never come back here again. Even if it's free.

The room was a disaster! unfortunately I couldn't upload more pictures but trust me there are more to show. When they let me in the room it wasn't clean (8pm), the table and floor was dirty, the bed was messed up. They "cleaned up" after I asked them to but that didn't change a lot. The mattress had bumps. The toilet was dirty as hell. There was some dirty paper on the ceiling. The room had no windows (i didn't realise that when I booked, ok that's on me), but there was no bathroom air conditioner either that made it so much worse. I could write more but I think that's enough to make your expectations.

Firstly; it’s advertised the staff speak English. They do not speak English whatsoever. For the entirety of our stay, they didn’t once clean our room. We asked for toilet paper and towels and they weren’t provided. We were originally provided with a number to contact regarding checking in and when we used the number as well as reception, we were met with an extremely rude reply. We had to go out and buy toilet roll and necessities ourselves when these should have been provided by the hotel. The Hotel staff were extremely rude. We asked them to book a taxi for us to get to the airport and they said cash would be 600 Turkish liras but paying on card is 750? And then the taxi was 45 mins late! The staff were abusive and refused to help us carry our bags down even when the hotel manager promised to help us. We were literally treated like animals for the trip having to live in our own mess. The AC in our room didn’t work, nor did the fan in the bathroom. Nothing was cleaned and they had cleaners and we asked several times at the reception desk and also by phoning reception - again they couldn’t speak English. I want a full refund and this hotel shouldn’t be advertised on here! They ask for good reviews and asked us for a good review if they helped us!

They tried to “upgrade” our room when we arrived as another guest had extended their stay in the room we were supposed to use, but then demanded we pay a higher rate for the “upgraded room”. The room had couches that were covered in stains, the whole floor stank of cigarettes despite it being no smoking and the shower screen had a hole punched through it.

I had an extremely disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. The room I was assigned to was not only small and outdated, but it also lacked a window, which made it feel claustrophobic. Additionally, there was a persistent unpleasant odor throughout the room, and I even noticed the presence of bugs. While I understand that this is a budget hotel, the level of discomfort and inconvenience I experienced far exceeded any reasonable expectations. I cannot stress enough how strongly I advise against choosing this establishment. It simply does not offer any semblance of comfort or satisfactory amenities. Save yourself the trouble and look for alternative accommodations elsewhere.
