This is a really charming place to stay in vibrant Istanbul. The hotel is small (6 floors x 2rooms) there is no breakfast space but the brasserie outside is owned/managed by the same people so you can have coffee & more for a good start of the day. The room is nice, the bed is comfortable. There is a lift in the building. Tea and instant coffee bags are daily provided.

The level of cleanliness. It was not bad, don't get me wrong, but it could have been a little better. But maybe this was because we checked in earlier than expected.

The location mostly! But also the staff were very accommodating and helpful! Next door to the hotel there is a a cafe that has everything that you will need for breakfast, brunch or even an afternoon snack. Also two steps from the hotel there are a lot of options about dining and the main road with for shopping. It is located near public transportation.

Very good location, close to the metro, good connections to main touristic areas. Close to shops, restaurants. Very helpful staff. Room (5th floor, deluxe) was spacious and clean, with a lot of natural light. Very comfortable bed! They offered water, tea and coffee on the house, replenished daily. We also arranged airport transfer through the hotel and it was very smooth and comfortable. They do not serve breakfast, but there are a lot of breakfast options in very close proximity, including a good coffee shop downstairs (managed by the same owner as the hotel).

The staff was helpful and very friendly, whatever was needed they were on hand, and we are much appreciative. The hotel is wonderful, cosy and clean in a perfect area. The restaurants outside are very nice and tasty food, with being close to the hustle and bussle without any of the noise. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Honestly, it’s so great. Nothing to complain about

Second time we’ve stayed here. A boutique hotel that pays attention to the little things (e.g., linens, soaps, decorations, excellent WiFi). When we arrived porter took bags to room and brought us traditional Turkish coffee. The location is amazing, small alley off Istiklal st. There’s a popular family-owned restaurant and cute cafe w the best pastries and menemen (Turkish eggs) next door. We could literally spend a week there!

Booking does not help in ANY way if you're in a foreign country without adequate accommodation due to dishonest partners. After 10 years of patronage, this experience has made me never want to work with booking.com again

When booking.com absolutely refused to help me with the first apartment I booked, I had to use my mobile data to find this gem since booking is not allowed to show people in Turkey properties in Turkey. Pure luck that I found it and they were amazing

Excellent location and the staff is professional smiling and helpful. It has a bakery annexed same owner which is an excellent place for a French and international breakfast. The location is perfect for the amateur of urban experience in the middle of Taksim literally few meters from Istiklal street but also very easy to access if you take a cab or metro to explore other locations of Istanbul. I will definitely be back

If I ever come back to Istanbul, I would choose this same exact hotel. Everything was perfect, starting from the staff kindness and their ability to communicate in English and commitment to their comfort of guests. The location is perfect, it's in Istiklal street, so everything is easily accessible and nearby. The rooms were clean, and the toilets are super organized and clean as well. Highly recommend it!

I love everything

In the middle of everywhere! Between Taksim Circle and Galata Tower- on the main street with all shops! Amazing service by Houssine- so nice and lovely person! The room is clean and good for a couple! There is no breakfast but there is no need as there are many good places a min away from the Hotel.

All rooms with balconies are to share a balcony between two rooms. It is not a big deal, though.

It was my second time at this hotel, means I deliberately opted for it this (second) time. Perfect location near everything. A very popular Circassian restaurant nearby, that serves quality breakfast, as well as excellent meals in general. The hotel personnel is very professional and helpful. Special thanks to Hosni (Hussein), the Hotel Manager for whom nothing was a trouble. Same applies to the receptionists who were ready to solve everything with a great help. The room is clean and stylish. AC is working well, and a very good sound-proof environment with the window closed.
