Lift was a bit clunky but honestly hardly ever during the night. I was right next to it and when I first heard it I thought it would bother me but actually it was fine. A few more kitchen items would be useful as would a microwave. The cafe is no longer operating.

Great location near Osmanbey metro and for walking around area. Very nice spacious suite at rear of building so quiet. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and came with me to metro station when I had a problem with my Istanbul kart. Daily housekeeping which was great.

Very nice spacious rooms. Although a lively area, the rooms are quite. They ask every day for cleaning and staff was nice. I felt very safe in this area and in the hotel as a woman traveling alone and can recommend it to everyone. You can order food to the room and get it very quick and was very good. I highly recommend this place.

Our room was on the 5th floor and elevator only reaches the 4th floor so not convenient with large or heavy luggage and also although we had a no smoking room as was requested, the smell of cigarettes creeping in our room on one particular night was unbearable and ended up sleeping with balcony door open (in Feb!!). Apart from that we had a perfect stay at Nisantasi My Residence.

The rooms view was annoying infront of other neighbor buildings Narrow St. For taxi drop or pickup area, no parking 😤 Inadequate room supplies, ( ear sticks, iron, waste 🗑 baskets, TV & satellite not working properly & when it dose only in Turkey ( not suitable for tourists !

i noticed in the 2nd day that the AC is not working, and it was late to change the room because our clothes and shopping bags was all around. we asked for late check-out and they offered extra day for 50% discount, i asked to be free but they didnt accept, so i paid for extra day!

The hospitality of marala , her sister nd the staff is amazing. They helped in any request. The location is perfect for all accesses: metro, high end street (beymen, high end brands) and main nisantasi street and its surroundings and 2 mn to get a taxi from the main road. Close to attractions and shopping destinations by all means. Surrounded by restaurants that are rare gems to be tried for breakfast and lunch. The cleanliness and assistance was perfect. Felt like home, living among siblings, my friends and i enjoyed it perfectly we will surely be back and recommend it to our circle.

The residence is very well situated (about a 3-minute walk from Osmanbey metro station) in Nisantasi. It is in a calm, safe and secure neighborhood. The hotel is very comfortable and clean. The personnel is very welcoming and helpful especially Gerena and Murat (the day of our flight we had the PCR tests printed but one of my family members was with a wrong date, therefore, the check in was refused, after contacting them, they immediately helped and sent the right copy). They are also very generous with extra services being provided for free. A good experience that will be repeated.

Nothing that I didn’t like, because it’s one of the most affordable hotels in the area, where management is ready to provide for all the necessities. It’s very hard to complain.

It’s very well located in the central Nishantashi (fashion district) with the exit to a quieter street with local breakfast, coffee, kofte shops, pharmacies, and barber/hair shops. Osmanbey metro station is right around the corner as well as big parks like Democracy and a smaller local gems like right on the street behind City’s mall. Rooms are pretty spacious for the hotel of this style (I was pretty surprised), nice small balconies with windows to the quiet street. There is an elevator to the fifth floor. Wi-Fi works well.
