The bathrooms can be cleaner. I stayed there for 3 nights no one came to clean my room. and to be honest I didn't ask. I had bad times with the WIFI keeps disconnecting. but they keep coming to fix it.

I loved it, cozy, simple, well equipped as hotel apartment. away from the noise of the traffic and people around the Lake, yet 3 mints walk from the lake. spacious balcony with chairs and table enough for4 adults. I booked one bedroom, but its actually enough for 2 adults and 3 kids or 3 adults and 2 kids. 2 bathrooms with showers. microwave, stove, fridge, hot kittle and TV. and elevator. and parking place. I felt safe for solo traveller. as the main entrance has watchmen. if you want to detach this is the place. The rate was reasonable maybe it was the end of the season.

The room was not cleaned before we arrive only the bed was made with bed sheets didn't look clean. The towels smell very bad and changed again with a set of towels smelling bad. The room was not cleaned though we complained from the first day that there's is dirt in the room from the first guest who stayed before us. The toilet is in a mess you can't take shower with the full toilet getting filled with the water with failed drainage system. The issues raised many times to the receptionist they never bothered I think because they they got their money that the only thing matters to them I think booking.com should set certain hygienic criteria to these hotels and look into customers satisfaction.

This our second time to stay. We choose to stay hear based on out first time experience. Let me mention the only plus point. The hotel is near to the lack at a walking distance from all shops and restaurants. Otherwise it was totally the opposite of our first experience will not stay here again

The hotel is modern and clean. The staff are helpful. The Location is quite and it's 5min from the Uzengul lake. The hotel has elevator.

Bathroom stuff (shampoo , conditioner,... ect) seems that are the same of previous guests because it was half the bottel . one of the curtain in the master room was not clean. also there is no hand washing soap in kitchen sink and the bathroom sink. expensive

The sound proof has to be improved. I could literally hear the other room conversation.

The location of property is near to the lake. 1 -2 min by car. The room was clean comfortable. The temperature outside was like cold like 9 at night but inside it’s so warm that you don’t feel it. The receptionist Yousuf was friendly and helpful all the time.

It’s mostly like an air bnb with no proper hotel amenities. it’s a very quiet area, just 15mins walk to the lake.. there are lots of hotels next to the lake but a bit noisy so if you want a more quiet location, this is a good place.
