Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Iranrooms could have safe box and cattle. by the way hot water and tea were served during the day.
First of all, consider that it's a 3 stars hotel so don't expect it like a 5 stars hotel. It was located near Molvana torbasi( the most important landmarks in Konya) just 7 minutes walking. The staff were kind and supportive but they can't speak English well. Breakfast was simple but good. our room was clean and beds were comfortable. I recommend this hotel while you consider the prices.

Romania- The “private hotel parking” is just 2-3 parking spots on the street in front of the hotel. In the evening we arrived we had to park in front of a shop and move it early next morning. - The room smelled of tabaco pretty badly
- Good position with restaurants and attractions nearby - Helpful staff but English was not a strong side. (however that’s never a problem in Turkey and you can get along using alternative communication)

No remote to turn on air conditioner and set temperature. The shower button was broken and not repaired. Looks like they ignore it.

Smoke smell in the rooms due to people and staff smoking outside the hotel entrance. bathroom slightly dated. Not much room around the bed in the double standard room. No fresh fruit at breakfast
clean. good firm mattress. big beds. 10min walk from Mevlana Rumi and Shams Tabriz tomb. Lots of local shops close by to get snacks. staff helpful and allowed us to leave luggage to collect later.

Russia- One of the rooms had an aftersmell of cigarette smoke. - No one could speak any English. - When we were leaving the hotel and I was loading our stuff into the car we were attacked by a flock of children begging for money. They started opening the car doors and were acting very blatantly. It's not the hotel's fault but if you are a tourist in Konya, be careful.
- The hotel has its own parking - Everything was nice and clean - Breakfast was good - Friendly staff - Not very far from the center but still it will take a while to get to the center by foot.
