View from the balcony in standard room is not great - looks onto half built building. Food in the restaurant not great but there are plenty of options in Kas (make sure you have a car)

Leaving! Also you can’t drink the tap water but they don’t supply complimentary bottled water apart from your 1st day, not a huge deal but most places do supply so it would be a nice to have.

Property was really lovely our room was basic but very clean and comfortable with a lovely balcony. The pool area and bar were fantastic, very quiet and relaxing. The Beach deck was a bit of a walk but well worth it the view and the water was amazing. We loved our stay at Olea Nova and wished we had a few more days there.

The communication with the hotel staff via booking isn’t the best. They take forever to answer but they are attentive and friendly in person.

This is a great hotel. The pool and common areas are great. The room was comfy and clean. The bed was fine. I would definitely go back.

I didn’t personally like the breakfast buffet,I think it could be more various. Also the room floor was never cleaned during our stay and when the room was cleaned. Also it would be nice if they mention how dangerous are mosquitos there. First night we were attacked by them and there were almost 50 of them in the room.

The staff was pleasant and always helpful!big thanks to them! Always helped with any request and taxis.

Same bf choice daily, could potentially have more egg options. Great fruit selection. Could provide bottles of still and sparkling water at buffet.

Staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive and helpful. Hotel was quite, clean, nice modern decor, same with bathrooms and bedrooms. Lots of nice planting on the grounds. Balcony space with chairs and they offered us the opportunity to move upstairs so we could have a sea view. Pool area was lovely, quiet and with enough sun loungers/ umbrellas for all. Pool towels available as well.

The internet connection wasn't good in the room.

It is not a negative element, especially since standard rooms are known to be smaller, but as an idea, if you intend to stay longer and have larger luggage, do not book standard rooms because they are quite small and it is difficult to deal with big luggage, at least for longer term. Otherwise, nothing negative about this wonderful place run by a gentleman with a great openness to customers, Mr Ergun.

A little corner of heaven hidden enough to enjoy a fantastic silence, but well located enough to find it very easily. The hotel provides comfortable beds, available parking, quiet enough to rest well enough and a spectacular view of the sea, good and varied breakfast and so so cute little cats. 🐱 🐈 Special thanks to Mr Ergun who made possible the prolongation of our stay with two more days.

a small walk is required to the seafront area but this is normal for Kas as it is along a cliff side.

The rooms are much smaller than the photos seem. We couldn't fit 2 suitcases in the room with us - space was very small for a week long stay. We had several meals at the hotel but inevitably about half the items on the menu were never available.

The hotel has a beautiful pool and view overlooking the water. The private access to the sea is also exceptional. We loved being able to order food and drinks delivered to us pool side (or sea side) (although be careful because the prices of food and laundry are more aligned to standard European prices than to Turkish prices). The staff was helpful when we asked questions. And particular thanks to the night staff who was able to get someone to bring something from the pharmacy for an upset stomach at night.

The beach front was amazing. Also I tried the Curry chicken dish which was excellent.

Nothing really! I was worried about the location from the town but there very frequent public transport.

Friendly staff and I would like to specially mention the bar staff (Erfan, Hanifa and Chris) Super clean like a 5 stars hotel Very quiet very amazing pool and private beach. The view is amazing. I am very pleased.
